Supplies:

• We provide a thoughtfully curated starter kit of essential supplies and amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, sponges, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish pods, and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, we kindly recommend purchasing additional supplies to ensure your comfort throughout your visit.

Safety:

• For your safety and peace of mind, carbon monoxide and fire detectors are installed in every bedroom. Fire extinguishers are conveniently located near the BBQ grill, in the laundry closet, in the garage, and under the kitchen sink. A detailed safety map is available near the front door for your reference upon entry.
• A pool flotation device and pool noodles are provided for your convenience and enjoyment.
• The property does not include a pool fence.
• Swim at your own risk.

House rules:

• Check-in is at 4pm
• Check-out is at 10am
• Quiet hours are from 10PM to 9AM daily.

• NO PARTIES ALLOWED - violations may result in immediate termination of the stay and subject to fees listed below. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.
• An exterior camera and doorbell camera is installed to monitor our cleaning team and ensure the safety of our guests.
• The minimum age for check-in is at least 21 years old.
• Guests must disclose the full guest count at the time of booking or be subject to fines listed below.

Fines:

• NO SMOKING: $1,000 FINE for smoking of any kind, inside or outside of the property.
• NO PETS: $500 FINE for deep cleaning if any pets are brought on to the property.
• NO EXTRA GUESTS: $100 FINE per additional guest per night not disclosed at the time of booking.
