Upon arrival, you will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry
into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a
key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart
lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after
you check out.
- You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.
-A rental contract will be provided with the greeter at check-in for you to sign

Bachelor Trip

Our group of 15 stayed 3 nights at this location. We had an awesome time and slept comfortably. Upon arriving the Property Manager, Irvin, gave us a tour of the house to let us know how to operate everything. He mentioned if we had any concerns or questions he will be available to us pretty much at all times. We did not need to reach out as everything went smoothly. My only issue was that the golf simulator only functioned in the range setting and not if you wanted to play a simulated round of golf on a course. I highly recommend this place as a fun stay in Scottsdale!

All In One

Amazing stay! Super clean and had all the amenities. Don't even have to leave the property if you don't want to. Also, Glenn the property manager was fantastic.

Amazing house

This house was perfect for me and my group (15 guys, all 30) for the weekend. The house is in a great neighborhood and close to restaurants, supermarkets, and golf courses which is just what my group needed. It's a little further from Old Town but totally worth it. The house is exactly as described in the listing and the pictures - our group really enjoyed the golf simulator, tennis/pickleball court, and hot tub and pool. Both Becca and Glenn (property owner and property greeter) were both super helpful and responsive. I would definitely want to stay here again next time I visit Scottsdale with a group.
