Beautiful three bedroom, two and a half bath home for rent in Phoenix.
Everything you need to enjoy your time away from the cold.
This home offers a great alternative to a hotel room or timeshare for an excellent price!

The master bedroom has a spacious en-suite with double sinks, large walk in shower and large multi shelved closet. There is a King size bed to stretch out on and a dresser to put away your clothes so you can feel at home.
There is also a queen size Sealy hide-a-bed for two additional people.

Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom with double sinks. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other a queen size bed.

A two piece bathroom is located on the main floor.

You're a three minute walk away from the mountains for a nice hike, a long run and excellent mountain biking. The home is located 10 minutes south from the PHX airport, golf courses blocks away and excellent shopping just down the road.

Bring the family for Spring Training and NASCAR.

A short drive to downtown Phoenix is where you can catch a play at the many theaters, see a concert, watch the Suns or Mercury at Talking Stick Resort Arena, catch major league baseball at Chase Field, stroll through museums, or see the Opera or Symphony at the Phoenix Symphony Hall.

Talking Stick Resort Casino and Vee Quiva Casino are a short drive away.

Excellent communication!

confusing communications with owner

This house is lovely, but the owner asked for me to sign five pages of extra info, including sharing a lot of personal info. I called VRBO and they called the owner and we all agreed it was against VRBO policy and I would not sign it. The five pages I was asked to fill out included personal info like names, ages and occupations of all guests, two long lists of checkout instructions that are not the same, and a full page of instructions regarding using the pool. Even though the security deposit is many thousands of dollars the owner wanted me to sign papers saying it is one fifth of that actual deposit cost. In the long list for pool instructions are things that do not make sense, but ask for a signature agreement. For instance, the list included: if the spa will be on from 1:00PM to 12:00AM - as something to sign and agree to. As others noted, there are no toiletries. One requirement of the host is to leave a long vacuum hose in the pool, which makes a large section of the pool unusable. Also, there are two Keurigs, but no Keurig pods. There is a coffee maker and coffee filters, but the filters do not fit the coffee pot. All in all, the house itself is beautiful, but because of the extremely high security deposit, and the very strange communications with the owner and his five pages of requirements, we could not relax and enjoy ourselves here.

Ahwatukee Hills Residence

We had a great stay at this residence. Home was clean, orderly, had all of the ammenities, and we were able to use the kitchen every night to make dinner for ourselves using the stove, grill, utensils, etc. Pool and spa were terrific, back patio is private and well spaced. Easy walk to the trails for hiking on South Mountain and great private, quiet, locationWould definitely recommend to friends and family

Quiet and relaxing

Clean, beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We had a nice relaxing time. We enjoyed the use of the pool and hot tub. The hot tub lost some water but after contacting the host, he was able to fix it right away. We definitely recommend this property to others.

Honestly though...

There wasn't a way to make coffee, all the parts in the cabinet did not match either of the two options, so we had to buy k-cups. The pool had a bunch of algae, the skimmer net had a hole in it, and the hot tub was on a weird schedule, doing a strange and very loud flushing all night long. The pigeon guards on the balcony stabbed my arm. And the master bedroom bedframe and headboard were... dangerous, for lack of a better word. I've never stubbed my toes so much in my life. Other than all that, it was great.
