The Space:

Welcome to Solace at 47th, a beautifully designed Phoenix retreat featuring a heated PebbleTec pool, fire pit lounge, and over 2,600 square feet of bright single-level living in one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods. Designed for comfort, style, and connection, this home blends modern finishes with relaxed gathering spaces—perfect for family vacations, golf trips, or extended desert stays.



Inside, the open-concept living space is filled with natural light and styled with clean contemporary décor. The main lounge centers around a spacious sectional and large Smart TV, creating a comfortable setting for movie nights, game days, or relaxed evenings together.



The living area flows seamlessly into the chef’s kitchen, designed for both everyday meals and group entertaining. Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop, quartz countertops, wine cooler, and a generous island with bar seating, the kitchen becomes the natural gathering place for morning coffee, shared meals, and casual conversation.



Three guest bedrooms are located on the east side of the home, each thoughtfully designed with hotel-quality linens, Smart TVs, ceiling fans, and room-darkening curtains to ensure restful nights. A beautifully updated full bathroom with dual sinks and a custom tile shower serves these rooms.



On the opposite side of the home, the primary suite offers a private retreat featuring a king bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and a spa-inspired en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and an oversized glass shower with both rain and standard showerheads. French doors open directly to the patio and pool deck, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection.

The Neighborhood:

Arcadia Vista sits in one of Phoenix’s most sought-after neighborhoods, the Arcadia/44th Street corridor, known for its lush greenery, mountain views, and vibrant local scene. Just minutes away you’ll find popular dining spots, coffee shops, and some of the city’s trendiest restaurants and bars along Camelback Road and Indian School. Outdoor enthusiasts will love being close to Camelback Mountain and Papago Park, where hiking trails and scenic lookouts showcase the beauty of the desert landscape. Families will appreciate nearby parks and bike-friendly streets, while golf courses, shopping districts, and cultural attractions in both Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix are only a short drive away.



Getting Around:

This central Phoenix location makes exploring the entire Valley a breeze. The home is just a 10-minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale and about 15 minutes from downtown Phoenix, while Sky Harbor International Airport is only 10 minutes away for easy travel connections. With quick access to the Loop 202 and AZ-51, you can reach Kierland, Desert Ridge, or spring training ballparks in no time. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available, and the neighborhood’s flat, scenic streets make it easy to get around by bike for local errands or leisurely rides.



Other Things to Note:

Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $75 per night or $400 per week. Requests and payment must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool is warm and ready for check-in.



All guests are required to sign a pool use and safety waiver before arrival.



This home has a strict zero-tolerance policy for parties and events. Both the City of Phoenix and the Arcadia neighborhood enforce noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this listing from hosting platforms.



For safety and compliance, Ring cameras are installed at the front door and above the garage facing the street. These are used solely to verify occupancy and for emergency purposes. No interior cameras or additional recording devices are located on the property.



A Minut noise monitoring device is also installed to help maintain respectful neighborhood noise levels. This device measures decibel levels only and does not record audio or video, ensuring guest privacy.



Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance. If an exception is granted—or if a pet is found without prior approval—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged to cover additional cleaning.



Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate with us in advance if you require a later departure.



Guests wishing to use the bicycles provided must sign a bike use and safety waiver before riding.

We went to AZ for spring break as a family and loved staying at this house! Location in the city was great! - easy to Scottsdale, Tempe, Paradise Valley, and downtown PHX! Spacious rooms for our family to spread out and relax at the pool!

Great house!

Brought my family down to visit my son. Had a great stay there. Very responsive management team. Found a broken patio umbrella and door to master bath off the rails which they replaced within hours! Very clean and nice set up of house with master on one side and other rooms on opposite side. Definitely will rebook if all of us come together again.

Spring Break with the in-laws!

House was perfect, amazing location! Close to Costco and Walmart. We spent all of our time in the pool and by the fire pit. We had our family of 4 and my wife’s parents and it was a perfect fit. Used the bikes to go to OHSO brewery 1 miles away. And played tennis everyday at the courts near by at Herberger park. Hope to book again in the future.

Fabulous House!

Our group of 6 (5 adults and 1 teen) just finished a one week stay here. Everything about this experience was perfect. The house is gorgeous, incredibly clean, and so well stocked with towels, linens and anything you need in the kitchen. We rent homes all over the world, and these beds were the most com I’ve ever had at a rental house, and the master bathroom is so nice! The yard was so also really well done. The pool is super clean and heated. The fire pit was beautiful. The house location is 10 minutes from the airport and so central to anything you want to do in Phoenix or Scottsdale. Finally, the hosts were very responsive to any questions or needs. I would highly recommend this rental.

Well equipped comfort

This was a beautiful home, with lots of gadgets and amenities to make the stay very easy and comfortable. Goggles and swim toys, soaps and shampoos for the shower, 4 bikes and a bike trailer, games for the kids and the backyard, good kitchen equipment - all made for a great stay. For the bikes, it would be even better if there were 2-3 more helmets and a foot pump for inflating the tires (the hand pump was a struggle).
