Located in a quiet neighborhood a stone's throw from all the action, it's the perfect getaway for families, friends, and those visiting ASU. The pool is heated year-round at no additional charge, so swim season here doesn't end.

It's easy to relax in the spacious living room, which is clean and bright with fun pops of color. Sink into the comfortable sectional and watch your favorite show on the large flatscreen TV. Then head to the garage for a fun surprise, it's been transformed into a game room! Challenge the crew to foosball or a game on the pool table. Right off the garage you'll find a mudroom with everything from bench seating and storage to a sink and washer/dryer, making it easy to enjoy the outdoors without a care.

Start your morning with a cup of coffee from the Keurig and use the bar seating for a casual breakfast right there in the kitchen, where you can admire the modern design and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare something tasty.



Enjoy your meal steps away in the beautiful dining space, adorned with palm fronds. There is plenty of room for everyone at the large dining table with seating for eight.

☆OUTDOOR AMENITIES☆



When in Arizona, you want a little pool time, and this spacious backyard does not disappoint. The pool is heated year-round at no additional charge, so swim season here doesn’t end. After a float, enjoy the luxurious feel of the tiled pool deck and patio under your feet. Relax on a lounge chair, then fire up the grill and have dinner al fresco at one of two dining tables. With a high school behind the property, you'll have an open view of the sunset, and you can cheer for the teams on game night. End the night with cornhole or ladder golf while the kids and dogs enjoy the grassy yard.



☆POOL SAFETY☆



The backyard is fully fenced with a gate, and the pool is inside it. Please supervise children closely whenever they are in the backyard, keep the gate closed and latched, and do not leave children or non-swimmers alone near the water.

Tempe Palms sits in a quiet residential area just a few minutes from ASU. Walk to Selleh Park to enjoy the paths around the duck pond and the playground. Then head out to the bars, restaurants, shopping, and attractions in Tempe, Scottsdale, and Phoenix, all within 15 miles. Spend a morning at one of many area golf clubs, explore the Desert Botanical Garden, visit the Phoenix Zoo or SeaLife Phoenix Aquarium, or hike in Papago Park. Catch a concert or comedy show at the Tempe Center for the Arts, kayak at Tempe Town Lake, head to an outdoor festival at Tempe Beach Park, or see a professional game at Wells Fargo Arena.

No smoking or vaping. No events or parties. Small, low-key gatherings such as birthday dinners or family get-togethers may be approved in advance with the host's written permission; please message us before you book. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.



For your safety, this property has exterior security cameras at the front door and in the backyard. The backyard camera has a partial view of the pool area as well as other parts of the yard. The exterior cameras record video and audio. There are no cameras inside the home.
