This home sits in a quiet residential pocket of North Phoenix known for its relaxed suburban feel while still being close to the action. Tree-lined streets, local parks, and neighborhood shopping centers make the area comfortable for both short stays and longer visits. It is a calm spot to return to after exploring the city.
You will find plenty of everyday conveniences nearby including grocery stores, casual restaurants, coffee shops, and takeout spots. The area is also a short drive from popular destinations like Grand Canyon University, Metrocenter, and several golf courses. Downtown Phoenix, sports arenas, and major entertainment districts are easily reachable by car.
Outdoor lovers will appreciate being close to desert hiking trails and scenic parks around the North Mountain and Shaw Butte areas. Whether you want to explore nature, catch a game, or enjoy Phoenix nightlife, everything is within a convenient drive from this neighborhood.
Getting Around:
➜ Car. The easiest way to explore Phoenix with quick access to major roads and highways.
➜ Rideshare. Uber and Lyft are widely available and typically arrive within minutes.
➜ Public Bus. Valley Metro bus routes run through nearby corridors connecting to shopping areas and downtown.
➜ Light Rail (Park & Ride). A short drive takes you to Valley Metro Light Rail stations that connect across Phoenix and Tempe.

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
➤ During the summer months, the thermostat is set to operate within a comfortable range of 70–82°F to ensure proper system performance and energy efficiency.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.
