Incredible house with lots of fun details - heated pool was perfect even for a relatively cool stay in Phoenix, and the hot tub hit the spot especially in the evening. Great for kids with the pool area being fenced in. Loved the patio, record player, and decor. Fantastic location within the metro area. Great recommendations for places to eat and visit in the welcome guide. Would 10/10 come back again.

Cute spot, with a good location relative to hikes and to Scottsdale. Sad we didn’t get to take advantage of the pool or hot tub because they looked great! And the owner is a great communicator so we really appreciated that.

Location was great as it was an easy drive to anywhere we wanted to visit. Loved the record player and the vintage vinyl! Communication with Rich was easy and he was very responsive. North Phoenix surgery trip

My wife and I stayed with her parents at the property on Lupine so my mother in law could have surgery. We were pleasantly surprised with a pellet smoker and all the condiments and comforts of this home. Owner was attentive to our needs and we enjoyed a peaceful stay. I’d recommend this property to anyone A plus

We stayed at this property for a week…very clean, comfortable, with everything my granddaughters and I needed! The kitchen amenities were plenty, including all necessary utensils. Towels, plenty and clean. Only thing I could recommend would be a few more larger cups or glasses, but this is minor…the location is perfect for exploring in every direction of the greater Phoenix area. The girls did not want to leave. If we return to Phoenix for another visit, we definitely would like to return to Rich’s home.

The Best Hist Ever

We had a great time. We have family that live just 2 blocks over so Richard’s place was perfect for us. Loved watching the sky lighten up from the kitchen windows. Beds were comfortable and decor was quirky but fun. He is a wonderful host and quick to answer any questions. Will be back.
