💡Damage Waiver: It covers minor accidental damages up to $150, such as a stained towel, broken chair, or accidentally dropped dish. Smoking-related damage, missing items, and major damage are considered intentional or excluded damages and are not covered under the damage waiver.

This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our community and our efforts to be a considerate neighbor.

For units that permit pets: Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation cancelled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required PER pets:

We do not have a weight limit, however, there are breed restrictions: Alaskan Mala Mute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Show Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario`s, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid

There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee.

We have noise monitors installed in our units (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.

Quiet Hours
🔹 Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10 PM - 8 AM daily.
🔹 Noise complaints or violations may lead to booking cancellation and removal from the property without a refund.

No Parties & Unauthorized Guests
🚫 STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY – No parties, events, or gatherings allowed.
🔹 Security cameras are installed above the door, and noise detectors are in place.
🔹 Any party or large gathering will result in immediate removal from the property, and law enforcement may be called.
🔹 Unauthorized guests are not allowed—a $100 fine per guest will apply if discovered.

No Smoking Policy
🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including balconies and common areas.
🔹 A $500 fine will be charged for any signs of smoking—no exceptions.

Parking
🅿️ Guests must print their parking pass before arrival.
🔹 We are not responsible for any parking violations due to non-compliance with the check-in guide.

Pet Policy (If applicable)
🐾 Pets are allowed in select units based on size and type (service animals are welcome).
🔹 Advance notice is required to avoid a $500 fine for undisclosed pets—no exceptions.

Additional Fees
🧹 Excessive cleaning required? Additional cleaning fees may apply.
🔑 Lost or unreturned keys: $500 replacement fee.
⏰ Early check-in/late check-out: Available at $25 per hour, subject to availability. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
🚨 Late check-out without approval: A $500 penalty will be applied—no exceptions.

Keys & Security
🔹 If a lockbox is provided, it must remain locked at all times.
🔹 Some doors auto-lock—please keep your keys with you at all times.

Pest Control
🐜 Regular pest control is conducted for a comfortable stay. However, due to seasonal changes and warm weather, occasional sightings of small insects (e.g., ants) may occur. We will promptly address any issues if needed.
