To heat the pool I passed along my gas cost at $20 per hour. The heater will raise pool temperature 1-2 degrees an hour, that will depend on outside temperature and keeping it covered when not in use. That is my current gas cost, and it changes with natural gas prices. Most spend $100-$150 a day in the colder months to keep it at 80 degrees. Hot tub is electric and heating costs are included in the price of the stay.

My refund policy is based on the fact that a large property such as mine is hard to re-book on short notice. If you did need to cancel on short notice, I will relist your dates, and if I can find another renter, I will try to return monies I have control over. I am a beyond fair person.

Perfect home for golf retreat

50th Birthday

We stayed here to celebrate my husband‘s 50th birthday. The property was everything we were looking for and more. We spent a considerable amount of time in the game room playing a wide range of games and watching sports on the large TV. All 6 couples had their own bedroom with plenty of space, and all of the beds were extremely comfortable. Keith was very helpful with any question I had and responded in a very timely manner. We will definitely try to stay here again when it’s a little bit warmer and we can take advantage of the pool area also.

Excellent stay could not have asked for better

Some friends and I stayed at Keiths property to celebrate a bachelor party. The property was everything we expected and more. We had about 16 guys total everyone had plenty of room and were all able to sleep comfortably. Keith was a fantastic host, super quick to respond and incredibly helpful. He made the whole process of checking in and out so seamless. The only thing I would change about our trip is maybe stay one more day just to enjoy staying at the house. Between the pool, hot tub, basketball, putting green, the game room, corn hole, etc wasnt even enough time to enjoy it all. I would highly highly recommend anyone planning a stay for a big group to stay here!

Phoenix Thanksgiving '24

This place is incredible! This home has what we needed for 4 families and a dog to enjoy Thanksgiving week. We did not need to leave the property because it had everything! The pool and floaties, the hot tub, golf greens, fire pits everywhere, multiple BBQs and my favorite the flat grill for any type of meal you could want. There is plenty of space, rooms were comfortable, tv's and game room was amazing. Keith was absolutely the best to work with and answered all our questions and accommodated our requests. Just a lovely time to relax, bond and catch up with family. Thanks Keith for a wonderful time in the desert!

Great place full of amenities and plenty of space

We had a birthday party here with about 25 people and the property was able to accommodate everyone pretty comfortably. Tons of living space in the backyard with something for everyone. Kitchen, bathrooms, pool, and hot tub were very clean. The property is also near a lot of shopping centers (Costco, Walmart, total wine, etc) so you can always pick something up if you need it. A great place. Would absolutely stay again.

Awesome Stay!

I would recommend this VRBO to anyone that wants to do a large group outing in the Pheonix area. It was large enough that all 10 of us were able to sleep in our own beds and still had plenty more options. The host was generous and very accommodating. For a bachelor party we had something to keep us occupied at all time while we were at the house! I hope to stay here again one day!

Amazing Stay

Really enjoyed our family stay here! Plenty of room and fully equipped with absolutely everything you'll even think to need. The game room was awesome and the pool was perfect for the summer heat. Kids had a blast with all the amenities available. More than enough seating and spaces available to accomodate our large family. Keith was super responsive and flexible with our check in time. Definitely left everyone excited for another opportunity to utilize this space again. Also love that there are so many refrigerators and ice machine!
