The Space:

Welcome to our beautifully furnished two-story townhouse! This spacious unit is located in the heart of Tempe, AZ and is the perfect home away from home for travelers and business professionals, including those traveling with pets. Located just minutes from Arizona State University, the light rail, and numerous dining, shopping, and entertainment options, this townhouse offers easy access to all that Tempe has to offer. It is also conveniently located near the 101, 202, and 60 freeways, making it easy to explore the greater Phoenix area.



The townhouse features a well-designed floor plan with high ceilings and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you'll need to prepare meals. The living room features a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV, while each of the three bedrooms includes a TV for your entertainment. The bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping options, including a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two comfortable queen-size beds in the other two bedrooms. Each bedroom also offers plenty of storage space. A half bathroom is located downstairs for added convenience.



This townhouse also offers the added convenience of a private patio or balcony, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Arizona weather. The fully fenced back yard is a great space for your pets to run and play.

"Let me tell you about the location!



We fell in love with how close we were to the Tempe marketplace, Mills Ave, 202 and the 101. A 25min drive to north Scottsdale (aka Mayo Clinic) was convenient and for my husband who likes to gamble, Casino AZ was 8 mins and Talking stick, just 15mins. There were so many other great places nearby, we will miss the location... to name a few: Hurts Donut on Rio Salado, Ted's Hot Dogs on Broadway, Gehngis Grill in the Tempe Marketplace, all of these maybe 6 mins away from the unit."

By making a reservation, you confirm that you have thoroughly read, understood, and hereby agree to adhere to our house rules in their entirety.



1. Check-in begins at 3 pm or later. Check-out must be completed before 11 a.m. Depending on calendar availability, you may request an early check-in or a late checkout. It is not possible to confirm availability until 24 hours before your arrival or departure.



2. On your reservation, you must indicate the number of guests you will be accommodating. Your host must approve any additional guests or visitors.



3. Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted. We ask that you respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 9PM and 9AM. Your removal from the property may be the result of your violation after our initial warning. We are located in a residential community, which is a vacation destination but also home to many residents. Therefore, we ask that you respect their privacy and their peaceful environment.



4. Only outside smoking is permitted. Indoor smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited. There will be an additional fee of $100 for fumigating the home if smoke odors are detected after check-out.



5. Pets are permitted with the host's approval. Pets should be kenneled when unattended. Pets should not be allowed on furniture or beds. To avoid disturbing neighbors, dogs should not be left barking unattended in the backyard for long periods of time. All dog poop must be picked up prior to checking out or a $25 charge may apply.



6. Guests assume full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses sustained on the premises. All guests accepting this reservation expressly assume the risk of any harm resulting from their use of the premises. The guests recognize that they may purchase personal insurance to protect themselves in these circumstances.



7. In the event that accidents occur, please let us know before departing if the property has been damaged.



8. The Host is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables of the Guest during their stay or left in the property following the end of the reservation or its cancellation. While we strive to ensure the security and safety of all guests and their possessions, guests are solely responsible for their own belongings and are advised to secure their valuables. Should any items be forgotten upon departure, the Guest must notify the Host promptly and we will make a reasonable effort to locate and return such items at the Guest's expense. However, the Host assumes no liability if such items cannot be recovered.
