The Pointe Resort is a gated, resort style community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles from downtown or the airport. You will Be happy you chose to stay in this Large updated 2 Bed, 2 Bath home away from home 2nd floor unit. Two Master Bedroom suites provides the ideal floorplan for privacy, enjoy it with your family, or share between Two Couples. DVR with full cable package and TV in every room. This unit is Perfectly located overlooking one of Three Swimming Pools, and Spas. Choose any one of the complexes three separate pool areas situated to enjoy either morning sun or gorgeous pink Phoenix sunsets, plenty of lounge seating and shaded areas to choose from. You will also Love relaxing on your private shaded deck with a cold drink. Expect No hassle check in with entry code and Free Covered Parking. Your vacation condo will always be Professionally cleaned and disinfected to CDC standards before your arrival.
Create fantastic meals with ease from your fully equipped kitchen or you might just choose to grill your lunch poolside. All pools and spas are meticulously cleaned and temperature controlled. You may also decide to use the supplied rackets and balls at the on-site tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts.
Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a seven mile radius, starting with Lookout Mountain next door to our north. The nearest major supermarket is less than a mile away for all your grocery needs to stock up that completely outfitted kitchen. There are four major indoor/outdoor shopping malls within 5 miles, in addition to many chain stores and restaurants within 2 miles or less, yet this gated community is a virtual hidden oasis for tranquil relaxation. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base with easy access to all the great golf courses, night life, restaurants, MLB spring training, NASCAR, Barrett Jackson auto auction, Phoenix Cardinals NFL, Phoenix Suns NBA, Coyotes NHL old town Scottsdale with its arts centered charm, and it's within a few hours driving distance to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, San Diego and Rocky Point, Mexico. Overall a great vacation retreat for couples, sports fans and golf enthusiasts!

Lovely, spacious and comfortable second floor apartment. Sparkling clean. We loved being close to one of the pools on the property. Pool was heated (we were there in December) and the outdoor hot tub was great. The two bedrooms were on opposite sides of the living room so there was good privacy. Lovely terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen in the apartment was well provisioned. We had one car, so we used the designated parking space for the unit, but there was ample visitor parking as well. The hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend this apartment!!

Very well stocked all the way around. Kitchen is very well stocked- crockpot, blender, coffee pot/keurig, and much more. Patio has a great view of the pool! Very clean and quiet community. Grateful for multiple tv's! We enjoyed our stay! Our hosts were wonderful to work with and very accommodating!

The resort is perfectly located in North Phoenix with easy access to great dining and, the purpose of our trip, GCU. The resort has a warm SW charm with sun-washed stucco exteriors flanked by tall palms and flowering trees and bushes. The condo was perfect - 2 en suite bed, bath, dressing rooms flanking a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area. The bedrooms and living room all accessed a personal deck overlooking a pool and spa while shaded by lush and beautiful greenery. The condo is beautifully appointed and professionally maintained. Ammenities include washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, pool toys and a covered parking spot. The owners were delightful to deal with, responding immediately upon our late evening discovery of what turned out to be a common, minor a/c issue. The residents and guests at the resort were friendly, courteous, and mindful of HOA rules and regulations. This condo will definitely be first on the list for future visits to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

Nice condo

It is a nice condo well stocked with whatever you may need in the kitchen plus pool floats, games, yoga mats etc. The place was clean and both bathrooms and bedrooms were nice. I appreciated the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living room. The complex is very quiet and peaceful. We found restaurants & hiking nearby and would love to have stopped at some of the vintage stores if we had time!

Great Spring Training, golf and Grand Canyon Stay!

Our stay was great from start to finish! The condo had everything we needed to relax and enjoy dinner together each evening. Our girls used the hot tub and pool nearly everyday and the location made it easy to get around the Phoenix area.

This property looks like the pics online. It is a bit far away from everything we wanted to do while on vacation, but that was my error when planning. I disliked not being able to adjust the temperature in the condo - we both got pretty hot while sleeping. Overall, good stay and value.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was just as described… clean, quiet, great location with beautiful views. Our hosts were very nice and emailed with instructions as well as an update about work that would be done at the resort. We would highly recommend staying at the condo if you are looking for a vacation in the Phoenix area!

Amazing stay! Definitely recommend!!

This was a great find! Great stay! Very clean, and everything you may need was there. Loved being right by the pool/hot tub as It was like we had our own pool. Close to many golf courses and restaurants.

Phoenix Trip for Aunt's 100th Birthday

Very neat property, kitchen and bathrooms very nicely remodeled. Beds are very comfortable. Living area very nice and comfortable couch. One of the bedrooms was a little warm, I used the cooling fan on the nightstand and a floor fan to make it more comfortable. A ceiling fan in that room would help. Property was secure and close to our Aunt's assisted living facility. Easy drive to airport.
