This single-level, 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is designed for guests who value space, practical amenities and an affordable place to stay together.

The property is not positioned as a luxury or resort-style rental. Instead, it offers flexible sleeping arrangements, a large gathering area, games, a private fenced yard and parking options that work especially well for families, sports groups, university visitors, medical travelers and work crews.

Bedroom 4

Full-over-full bunk bed, separate full bed and Smart TV.

The second full bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination.

Living room and games

The spacious living room gives the group room to gather, with a large sectional, additional chairs and a Smart TV.

The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, gas range and oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, cookware, dishes and generous cabinet and counter space.

The large dining table provides room for group meals. A second table with four stools can be used for dining, games or casual workspace.

Private fenced backyard

Unit A has its own fenced backyard with artificial turf, a large shade tree and multiple places to relax or gather.

Gated covered RV, trailer and work-vehicle parking

The property includes a gated, covered parking area that may work well for an RV, work truck, utility trailer or other oversized vehicle.

Gate opening: 11 feet wide
Covered parking pad: 30 feet deep
Covered parking pad: 17 feet wide

Two standard vehicles can also park in the front driveway. Additional legal street parking may be available.

Guests bringing an RV, trailer, work truck or oversized vehicle must provide the full length, width and height before booking. The measurements above do not guarantee that every vehicle or trailer can safely enter, turn or fit beneath the covered area. Advance approval is required.

Two separate rentals on the property

Unit A is the main house.

A detached casita with its own private yard may be occupied separately.

The casita is identified as Unit B and is not connected to the main house. Each unit has its own entrance, private outdoor space and designated parking.

There are no shared indoor living spaces. Guests may occasionally see Unit B occupants arriving, departing or accessing their designated parking and yard.

The garden is located at 2508 W. Vista Ave., just a few blocks from the home. Guests are welcome to view the garden from the street, and tours may be available by request and based on the garden’s availability. The garden’s official website provides contact information for arranging a visit.

The home is thoughtfully furnished and equipped with the essentials needed for a comfortable stay, but it is not a luxury or resort-style property.

Guests prioritizing upscale finishes, a swimming pool or a secluded resort environment should consider whether this property is the right fit for their trip.

Urban neighborhood setting

The home is located in an active, centrally located Phoenix metro neighborhood near major roads, public transportation and local businesses.

As is common in many urban areas, guests may notice regular pedestrian activity, passing vehicles and occasional traffic or city noise. This is a practical, centrally located neighborhood rather than a quiet, isolated or resort-style setting.

The property itself is fenced and provides private indoor and outdoor spaces for Unit A guests.

Separate detached casita

A detached studio casita, identified as Unit B, is separately rented and may be occupied during your stay.

The units are not adjoining and have separate entrances, private yards and designated parking. Guests may occasionally see Unit B occupants near the property entrance or parking areas.

RV and trailer parking

The gated parking entrance is approximately 11 feet wide. The covered parking pad is approximately 30 feet deep and 17 feet wide.

The area may accommodate certain RVs, work trucks and trailers, but advance approval is required. Guests must provide the full dimensions of the vehicle and trailer before booking.

Vehicle height, turning radius, trailer tongue length and total vehicle configuration must also be considered.

There is no guest-accessible garage.

Pet policy

Up to two dogs are permitted with a $75 pet fee.

Dogs must remain off the furniture. Guests must use the provided pet blanket and pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste.
