Outside, enjoy a private backyard designed for easy downtime - featuring a newly remodeled pool (heating available on request), evening pool lighting, a BBQ grill, patio seating, and a corn hole set for some added fun.

The living room includes a large smart TV, comfortable couches with pillows and blankets, and plenty of space to relax. The kitchen and dining area are fully stocked with everything you need for cooking, meals, and morning coffee or tea.

There are several cozy places to sit together (including a high chair for little ones) - giving your group the perfect spots to enjoy meals, play games, or get a little work done.

Enjoy lightning fast Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee and tea, and all the essentials for a smooth, comfortable stay.

You'll sleep in 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, or 2 Twins - all super comfy! Each bedroom includes a smart TV, plush bedding, extra linens, and soft pillows to make sure everyone sleeps comfortably.

• Pet fee: $150 per stay
• Limit: Up to 2 well behaved dogs
• Cleanup: Guests must promptly clean up all pet waste in the yard to maintain cleanliness and safety
• Extra cleaning: Excessive pet mess (urine, feces, odors, fur, stains) requiring additional cleaning will result in a $200 fee
• We love hosting responsible pet owners - thank you for helping keep the home in great shape for future guests!

- Quiet hours is at 10pm-7am (please respect the neighbors)
