Remodeled Gated Unit with Large Decks, 3 pools, Hot Tubs, Tennis, Pickleball

  • Fabulous fully furnished and remodeled 1,080 square foot condo features a large deck with tropical views toward the main pool. Unit includes 2 bedrooms and 2 baths that are separated by the large open great room and kitchen for added privacy. The unit is on the 2nd floor with convenient access to the parking, the main pool, hot tub and the common barbeque area. Everything in the complex is kept pristine and clean by the full time onsite maintenance staff.

    The unit has been completely remodeled with brand new appliances, living room and bedroom furniture, three flat panel TV's, new mattresses, bedding, linens, and accessories and other cookware and utensils for the kitchen. The unit can comfortably sleep up to 4 with a king bed in the master bedroom, and a queen bed in the guest bedroom.

    The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles NE of downtown Phoenix adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The complex features 3 pools, 3 spas, and tennis and basketball courts. Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a 7 mile radius. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base for all the Valley has to offer. Great vacation spot for couples, families and golf enthusiasts.

We used this as our home base while moving our son to GCU. It was fantastic. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is big. While we didn’t have time to use the pool this trip, we are looking forward to it on our next trip.

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed. The king size bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. The pool area was wonderful. Well maintained and clean. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. The heated pool and hot tub were nice after hiking. It was nice and quiet in and around the unit. Location is good. Owner was accomodatinga later check out.

Clean and Comfortable

We stayed at this location for four days. The unit was very clean, well supplied and nicely decorated. Super comfortable bed. The check-in process was simple and we were appreciative of the notebook the owner supplied with local information about restaurants, shopping, markets, etc. The owner responded promptly to our messages. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home

The property was amazing! The host went out of her way to make sure that she touched base with us, also the home was Fully stocked it had everything that we needed. When I return to Arizona I will stay a this home. Lovely stay, everything was clean, the furniture was very nice, the beds, were very comfortable, the coffee was great, she even had sugar, and plenty of towels.

Perfect in all ways

The complex is easy to locate/get to. The unit is open and spacious, perfect for 2 couples with separate bedroom areas and baths. Kitchen is first rates in all amenities. Lots of natural light inside, with a long usable balcony for relaxing/reading!!

Great property, great price

My dad, my husband and myself all stayed here and it was the perfect amount of room that we needed. It was far from the things we decided to do but I wasn't aware when I booked it so that was on me. Great communication with the owner, Tracy was great.
