Single story accessable house with no interior stairs. Large comfy King master bedroom with Smart Tv to play anything from your apps, and ensuite bathroom, 2nd King bdrm, 3rd King bdrm, and 4th bdrm is 2 Twin beds that can be 1 King bed if needed. All bedrooms have large closets. Play ping pong, and Mortal Kombat in the game room!
The location is perfect for golfing and family vacations. Eat!- the house is 5 min away from lots of restaurant options. Also, only 10 minutes from The Cardinal’s Stadium and Westgate . Golf!- there are 11 golf courses less than 20 minutes away. Hike!-there are 9 beautiful trails with multiple hikes within 30 minutes.
This is not a party house! If you think you can have a party and I won’t know, you are totally wrong. The neighbors will call the police so fast and your party will be ruined. Should you need a party house, let me know and I may be able to help you with a different property. Minimum primary renter age is 30. $400 refundable deposit will be required.
