Ideal....Relax in a comfy Ahwatukee Family Home in Sunny Arizona. The 4 bedroom (1 room/office Queen blow up) and 2 bathrooms give your family and friends plenty of space to enjoy. The smart keyless entry makes it easy and convenient to come and go. Wake up enjoying a fresh cup of coffee out on the patio. Watch your favorite Netflix show on a SMART 50” TV. WiFi for your business needs. Family oriented neighborhood allows you to take midnight strolls around the Beautiful Lake. Lots of miles running and walking have been put in.

You can pack lightly it’s “ Home Sweet Home.” It has Blow dryer, fresh linen, lots of towels, pots and pans to cook delicious meals, all the coffee you need, unlimited washing etc.
The best part you’re only 15 minutes away from Phoenix International Airport and lots of close venues. Baseball fans LA Angel Spring training facility very close plus Hohokam stadium, Tempe Diablo, Sloan Park Chicago Cubs fans all near by. The house was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was well-appointed. Everything within the hosts control was wonderful.!! (There was a neighbor with a barking dog and noisy motorcycle . But unsure whether that was a rental or permanent resident. )

More than expected!

Had a wonderful experience! Great location to shopping and eateries, plus easy access to the highway. Home was very clean, nicely furnished and cozy beds. More amenities than expected with noticeable attention to making guests feel comfortable and welcome! Would definitely return when needing a place to stay next time in town.

Lovely property

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean, comfortable and the kitchen equipment was good. We enjoyed walking around the lakes or through the park and close to the mountains. We also enjoyed the birds, especially the hummingbirds (we kept them fed) in the backyard.

Lake view home

This was our second time at this home. It is comfortable, clean, well stocked. The host is wonderful, easy to contact and efficient . Provided a new microwave immediately when the other stopped working. Very nice.

Family Comfort

Came to Pheonix to visit family and to attend an event for the Rob Dollar Foundation (Our nephew was Rob) We are thankful to have been able to have an early Thanksgiving. Cynthia was very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

Perfect home away from home!

This house was impeccably clean and organized. Upon entering the first time the most wonderful scent greeted us! I knew in that moment that I was going to feel right at home. There was coziness and comfort in each room. There was such thought in the decor and furnishings. The kitchen was well equipped with all that you would need. The beds were so comfortable. Location was ideal, convenient and so quiet! The community lake is such a pretty place to walk. Cynthia was a wonderful host and made herself immediately available with any question we had. We will definitely visit again and recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you Cynthia!

Perfect family getaway

This property was clean, spacious and located in a very nice area close to a lot of things to do. I traveled with my 1 year old. Although the property did not have amenities like a pack and play or high chair, it was still clean and safe enough to have her roaming around. Instructions for check-in and out were very clear and easy. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend this property 100%.

Lakewood beauty

This is a clean, lovely home in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Cynthia, the owner, is very welcoming and made our check in/out super easy. She communicated information about routine yard maintenance schedules, etc. so we knew when they would be there and offered assistance if we wanted any recommendations on things to do or see while visiting. She accommodated any requests we had. The Lakewood neighborhood is gorgeous and perfect for walking. Grocery shopping (Fryes/Safeway/Trader Joe's) and restaurants (Juana's/CK's/Mod Pizza/fast food) are nearby. The beds and pillows in this home are comfortable, the plentiful linens and towels are nice, and there's closet space in all three bedrooms to unpack and stow your bags. The kitchen appliances are very nice and stocked with dish and hand soaps. Both bathrooms are stocked with shower & hand soaps, hair products and hair dryer/curling iron, laundry soap, and there's pots and pans for cooking your own meals. The WiFi is fast and the two large televisions offered several options for viewing. The living room furniture is comfortable for watching movies, etc. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this excellent property!

The house is in a great location. It was clean and had some of the small things like condiments, coffee, laundry facilities. The linens were cozy amd fresh, beds were ok for a rental. Thanks for having us
