Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Tempe gated condominium. With it's own private second story entrance. Prime location to restaurants, shopping, ballparks, golf courses, and much more. 5 minutes drive to Arizona State University.

We pride ourselves on providing a pleasant experience!
The space
Feel comfortable in our well designed open floor plan space. Enjoy dual master suites that are sure to make you feel cozy and comfortable. Two ensuite walk-in closets and large living room and dining area great for relaxing family games or laptop-friendly working. Newly installed blackout shades, curtains and recently installed AC system help keep our space comfortable and cool even during the hotter months.

Enjoy keyless entry, 2 outdoor patios, 3 wall mounted TV's with Hulu, Netflix already logged in.

I don't even know where to start! This is one of the best places I've stayed and we loved it so much! We were there for 3 weeks and even now that I'm sitting home, I'm missing being there, too. It was quiet and the neighbors were all so kind. I walked multiple times to the Temple Marketplace, to the donut shop on the corner for coffee and it was a really beautiful complex. Whatever you think you need to bring to this Vrbo, you don't. There was lotion, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen towels, laundry soap and fabric softener, games, books...I could go on and on. Every single one of the pictures matched what was there exactly, and not exaggerated or at its "prime". It is exactly what's advertised. I will recommend this to any family, friends heard to that area, and will also be my first pick, as well.
We were able to go see wild horses nearby!

Outstanding Family Place

Austin is amazing, fast responding, and super attentive to being a VRBO property manager. Trusted 1000%. Description of property and location was accurate. We were amazed by the space this property had. There are 2 pools on location in which one was drained, however Austin got back to us quickly that the other pool was open (at that time we were not aware of the 2nd pool). We would stay here again. Safe, gated community.

Place was in a great location. Looked exactly as pictured. Would stay there again if I ever returned to Arizona. Only complaint is I found hair in bathroom sink and bed, so need to clean a little better. Also no dish cloth or dishwashing liquid (I’m old school, don’t use dishwasher) lol but overall a good experience, excellent host!

Tempe spring vacation

The condo was nice. The bed was too soft and our check in was problematic. We were not given the gate code before arrival so we couldn’t get into the property. I reached out to the host, but he didn’t respond until the following day. We had to wait for another car to arrive at the gate and they let us know their gate code.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo, very cozy, clean. Master bathroom shower does not have adequate water pressure, or get very hot, may need to be adjusted, but over all condo is near highways, restaurants, everything we needed to complete our stay. Very nice condo.

AMAZING!

This was the perfect place for us to stay! Quiet area that had so many options around fot food and activities! Our host was so great about communication! The hot tub and pool area was so nice as well! :D 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing to stay in the tempe area!

GREAT Condo

The condo was perfect. The Tempe location is central with easy access to all areas and tourist attractions. It’s within walking distance to Tempe Marketplace, The Waffle House, and many other great restaurants. The condo is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The 2 bedrooms are large with comfy Queen size beds, beautiful on-suite bathrooms, walk in closets and both rooms access the second balcony. The oversized sectional in the living room is a great place to sprawl out and watch your favourite tv shows. The pool area is lovely with shaded and sunny spots to enjoy the beautiful warm Arizona temps. Austin was a great host. He was very accommodating with us changing dates in our early planning stages and always responded quickly to our questions along the way. We really enjoyed our time in Arizona and the condo was a great place to call home during our two week stay. This condo definitely deserves a 5+ rating.

Great home, wonderful location

We had a great stay at Austin’s home. The check-in process was fairly easy (if I’d read the attachment with the gate code it would’ve been easier). We did check in at night, and found it difficult to find the specific residence. House was spotless and had everything we needed. Austin handled the pool key challenges with ease (the neighbors were fantastic), and I suspect this won’t be a challenge going forward. The pool deck is brand new, and they had new lounge chairs around the pool. There was no bbq, I suspect due to the pool renovation. Overall it’s a great property, we walked to the cubs pre-season game, and it’s a short ride to the ASU campus, as well as restaurants and shopping. Overall we look forward to going back! Thanks for the use of your great home!

Overall a very cute place. Decorating top notch and location very handy to highways. Anything needed was in the condo. Pool area only had two chairs maybe the complex should look at adding a few more. Super close to ASU and shopping. 5 star place and great value.

Excellent location, clean decor

The property is located sufficiently close to key highways and roadways to be convenient, yet quiet. It is tastefully furnished with all the basics without being cluttered. The two balconies that face the enclosed development provide pleasant places for sitting. The wifi is strong.
