Cancelled

An e mail was received at 6:00 am on April 4 as we were walking out the door for the airport notifying us the reservation was cancelled and we were receiving a full refund. Luckily we were able to find housing in a hotel north of Glendale, but at an additional $ 600.00. What a huge disappointment. We will be leery to use VRBO in the future with this type of experience. We were informed during our stay that several groups had their reservations cancelled at the last minute as well. Very unreliable option for low cost housing with adequate space.
