Welcome to your 6-bedroom, 4 bathroom, 7 King Bed retreat in the heart of Phoenix Northern Mountains, you'll be enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury and comfort. The first bedroom beckons with a plush king bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The second room is a perfect oasis, boasting a king bed with pool and golf course views framed in the window, all complemented by a smart TV with YoutubeTV included for your personal entertainment.



Continuing the tour, the third bedroom invites shared laughter and stories, accommodating guests with two king beds, a large smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom where a jacuzzi tub promises relaxation after a day of exploring Phoenix. Bedrooms four and five continue the theme of comfort, each outfitted with a king bed, smart TV, dresser, and closet, while the sixth bedroom offers a peaceful reading nook by the window, alongside its inviting king bed.



Our living room is an expression of homely luxury with leather couches facing a large smart TV. Challenge your companions to a game on the pool table or Mrs. Pacman arcade, and when the game heats up, the walkout patio doors offer instant refreshment from the pool just steps away.



The heart of the home, our kitchen, awaits culinary exploration, fully equipped and complemented by a dining table and breakfast bar. A private laundry room with a washer, dryer, and an extra refrigerator ensures you have everything you need for a longer stay.



The garage, transformed into a gaming paradise with a poker table, ping pong table, a large smart TV, and a lounge area, is a realm of fun and camaraderie, still leaving space for one vehicle. If you have an electric vehicle there is an EV Charger available for use!



Venture outside to the backyard, where a swimming pool, hot tub, and two large smart TVs create the ultimate relaxation zone. As the sun sets, light up the built-in gas grill for an alfresco dinner, served at the outdoor dining area amidst patio chairs and sunbathing loungers.

Early Check-in Requests

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.



Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

Other Things to Note:

House Rules Required

~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest

~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking



We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.





POOL HEATING REQUESTS: A fee of $55 per night for pool heating will be collected upon the guest's request.





AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.



NO SMOKING inside. We must be clear that if any scent of smoke of any kind is left, we must charge the entire cost of professional odor removal ($3,200). Please be respectful!



Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm-8AM per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay. This is a luxury neighborhood and the neighbors will report noise violations.



Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. Please review Arizona wildfire prevention tips and resources to help prevent wildfires and protect our great outdoors.

Pool care visits the property on Tuesday or Wednesday depending on environmental factors that can affect pool cleanliness. Please do not interfere with pool care for safety and hygiene reasons!



NO Dog Policy This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.



Type of Cooling for the Home

Central AC units are best kept at 70 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.

-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
