We stayed here for 4 nights, and unfortunately a large portion of our stay was impacted by several issues. When we arrived, basic essentials like garbage bags, paper towels, and cleaning supplies were not provided, and we had to go out and purchase them ourselves. This was very inconvenient, especially traveling with three kids.There were also issues with the WiFi, which made it difficult to relax and keep the kids entertained, and communication with the host was slower than expected when we needed help.I do want to mention that the host did eventually try to make things right, and our last day of the stay was actually the best experience we had. However, it was disappointing that things were not resolved sooner, as it affected a majority of our trip.Overall, the property has potential, but the experience did not fully match the expectations based on the listing and reviews. I hope improvements are made so future guests have a smoother stay.

We stopped here with our family of 6 on our way up to Sedona. It was so welcoming and clean. Our kids loved the pink bathroom and green kitchen! Our check in process was super smooth. Carlos is a great host!

Our stay was excellent. The place was clean, organized, and perfectly located near city restaurants, events, and the airport. The outdoor area and parking felt safe and had a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere that made our visit even more enjoyable. The only suggestion I would make is to include simple instructions for using the thermostat. Overall, an outstanding experience—highly recommended!

This house was perfect! I stayed here with a few friends and we all felt that this house was a perfect house for relaxing and unwinding after a long day exploring Phoenix. The interior design was very unique and slightly 70’s, but that really appeals to my tastes.

house could have been cleaner there was hair and dirt all over the floors, rugs. living rooms were dingy and the yard is all dead and full of weeds and there was damage to metal window awing and porch and patio areas that made me question why i had to purchase and insurance policy to stay here. all in all i was disappointed, with this property when i arrived the cleaning staff was still working and seems that they didnt finish compleatly.
