Welcome to our cozy studio casita, located in one of central Phoenix's most iconic neighborhoods: Palmcroft/Encanto. Just a block from Encanto Park & a short walk to Enchanted Island, our guest house is the perfect home base for exploring the city. Fully furnished & equipped with all the amenities of home, our casita features a flatscreen TV, private bathroom, kitchen, laundry and brand new memory foam mattress. Experience the charm of Palmcroft/Encanto and all that Phoenix has to offer!
The space
This is a casita which rents separately from the main house.
Guest access
Guests in our casita have private access through a side gate (with a cipher lock) at the end of the driveway; and a digital lock on the casita door.
Other things to note
We have a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. But it IS a house. Which means that occasionally things will break or need maintenance - just like every house, ever. If you are an extremely high maintenance person who prefers the service of the Ritz-Carlton and would get very upset if a lightbulb was burned out, a window was sticking, or a sink or toilet got clogged, then I highly recommend you book the Ritz, it is lovely.
We pride ourselves in taking great care of our home, and we respond to inquiries and issues within an hour. That being said, sometimes stuff happens. I am confident that you will enjoy our beautiful home; give us the opportunity to work hard for you and we will! :-) Super-high maintenance people need not apply, it'll be better for everyone that way ;-)
