5 beautifully designed, spacious bedrooms. The master has a king bed, with a smart TV & attached ensuite bathroom. Across the hall are three more bedrooms (two with 2 fulls in each, one with 1 queen + smart TV) and a shared full bathroom. Downstairs, you will find one more cozy bedroom with a queen bed and smart TV right off the hallway that connects all of the main entertainment areas.

All of the bathrooms have been completed renovated and are now beautiful & sleek! Downstairs, the living areas share one half bathroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom has its own attached bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower. The upstairs hallway bathroom accommodates the remaining bedrooms, also with a walk-in shower.

The kitchen boasts brand new, stainless steel appliances with all the cooking essentials and supplies you could need to prepare a full course meal for your entire group here at the home. The adjacent dining area has an oversized dining table with enough seating for 8 (+ 2 more seats at the bistro table in the adjacent game room).

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, please note that outdoor weather impacts the pool temperature, and colder conditions may prevent it from reaching 85 degrees.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. Keep in mind that the heaters may not significantly raise the water temperature above the ambient air temperature during colder weather.

The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary!
