Children under 17 may not be in the backyard/pool area alone without adult supervision. If you decide to swim, you will be doing so at your own risk.

Any parties involving a group size larger than the reservation, you will be fined a fee of $400. Signs of any smoking inside the home is a $250 fee

Convenient location and plenty of space

The house was in a good location for our trip. Lots of space where the kids could choose to play or relax. The pool was a lot of fun. Really good experience staying here.

A wonderful oasis!

House was very well kept, and the host was more than attentive, answering several questions that we had. Would recommend anyone staying in the area to this place! Definitely enjoyed returning to the home after a day of hiking/sight seeing, and very close to a lot of amenities

Awesome Phoenix Trip!!

This place was wonderful!! It is so cute, so roomy, so well furnished with almost anything you could need. The Pool and back yard were Great!! We were there for a graduation but made it a vacation and it truly was. We Loved the place, well done job!!!

Such a homey feeling when you walk in

Great home!!

After tenth little start due to vr b o in there, check.In process, the homeowner actually showed up and helped out tremendously on the check inpops, as and was the whole reason I stayed. The home is immaculately kept and exactly like the pictures described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

My family and I were so impressed of how everything was set up. With my two boys toys were available for them to play with and accommodations were over the top fantastic. My family was very impressed with everything.
