Just a two minute drive to shops and amenities including Target, Sprouts, Home goods, AMC theatre, Chick fil a, Ahwatukee golf course. Only 7 minutes to Gila River casino and outlets and many other local stores and restaurants. Come enjoy the peace and quiet nestled in the hills of South Mountain with high-speed internet, in unit washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, and amazing amenities including a gym, outdoor track, mini golf heated pool and a hot tub! Keyless entry, and covered parking.

    Master Bedroom

    The master bedroom features a king size bed with fresh bedding, and 55in tv with Roku and a en-suite bathroom stocked with basic amenities.
    Guest Bedroom

    The guest bedroom features a full/twin bunkbed, and a 32in Roku-connected TV. This room is right across the hall from the guest bathroom.

    Dinning/Kitchen

    There is a dining room set for 4. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials needed to store, prepare and serve home-cooked meals. Including a coffee and tea bar and complementary snacks, utensils, and cookware. There are outdoor grills located in the pool and track area.

    There is a 42in Roku-connected TV in the main living room including a fireplace, work space and a luxurious leather deep seat sectional.

Perfectly advertised

Spacious rooms, CLEAN, close to anything you could possibly want and in a quiet complex. My son toured his college and now we know where we will stay for all of our visits in the upcoming future.

Came up from Tucson for the Drag Races. Property located very close to track and close to numerous restaurants, grocery store, etc.
