Access to the home was easy. Codes and keys were explained well. The home was very clean. The host left plenty of sleeping accomodations, dishware, towels, and other items which were nice.Its in a seemingly nice part of the city with quick access to many different places.

Relatively clean. However, there were dirty glasses and silverware in kitchen. Only one wine glass and it had a crack in it. Dishwasher was broken - Couldn't even open the door. There were no lamps in the bedrooms or dressers and closets. No table and chairs for dining. Lights flickered and some bulbs needed replaced.Check-in was stressful. Couldn't reach the host for access code. Had to contact VRBO directly.Location was good.

Our only real complaint was the lack of closet space and drawers since we were there for a whole week with lots of suits. The neighbors moving in on Monday night upstairs wee definitely loud, but that wasn't any blame on the property manager or the property itself. Overall, it was just what we needed.

Location is exactly what we’re looking for. Need to fix door locks,it takes forever to unlock, common bathroom shower knob is broken & only hot water running. Upstairs resident was noisy & dragging items all night hard to sleep at night, please put a mirror somewhere in the house. It’s a nice place location wise, just need little personal touches.

There were some blatant inconsistencies with the listing. The listing stated there was a dishwasher; the one in the apartment was taped closed and unusable. The hallway bathroom shows sliding glass doors on the shower; there was a curtain and rod in place instead. The frame for the sliding doors were still present which made it awkward getting in and out with a curtain and rod also present. For a property that can accommodate 6 people the cookware provided is greatly inadequate. The photos in the listing are definitely outdated and should be updated so the guest knows what they are paying for. There are features and furniture shown in the listing photos that are missing from the apartment. Feel like we are victim to false advertising. There was hair in the showers and general crumbs and dirt around the floors; the apartment was not clean to standard.
Hallway bathroom. Does not look like the photos in the listing at all.
Taped up dishwasher.
Unusable dishwasher.

Chinatown Gem in Philly

A very nice place just as the pictures show. A lot of tourists attractions within walking distance from. 24 hour parking lot less than a block away. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

This two bedroom/two bath apartment is located in Chinatown. Tons of great restaurants and markets with in a blocks of it. We walked to the Historical Philly area in about 15 minutes. Is located on the second floor, no elevator. Bathtub needs to be replaced. But other than that an amazing mini trip.

If you like noisy neighbors you’ll be good

Location great, close to downtown. BUT…..One shower has virtually no hot water, broken handles on cabinets in kitchen and dirty inside (especially under the sink), some lightbulbs don’t even work and some flicker, front door has been damaged, and there are literally no mirrors in either bedroom you can use when getting ready, no dressers, and seriously no place to hang your clothes! The upstairs “neighbor” is LOUD at all hours of the night. They have dogs that bark at every single noise and you can hear them running/walking across the floor. You can hear everything through the floors and walls and the man there loves the F word. This could be a well laid out place with some simple upkeep and maintenance taken care of. Stove looked dirty so we did not do any cooking here. .

Minor improvements will go a long way

The property was in a great location. Easy to find paid parking options and quiet enough fo get a goods night sleep. It was disappointing to find out one of the showers wasn't working due to either a broken shower head or calcium build up. The coffee machine was also flashing a desalinate sign and we were unable to use it. No big deal as there are many coffee shops around. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay. Also, it would helpful to have chair or closet in the bedrooms to hang your clothes.

Beautiful apartment so close to everything! We were able to get so many places just walking and everything else was a quick car ride. In the heart of Chinatown with so much incredible food!

Casa non adatta ad accogliere 6 persone

La casa non è adeguata ad ospitare 6 persone aveva solo 3 sedie . Inoltre le attrezzature della cucina erano in pratica inesistenti. 4 bicchieri per 6 persone 5 tazze . Il sistema di aereazione era rumorosissimo

Fantastic property with responsive host

We had a wonderful stay in Philadelphia! The apartment was clean, well-appointed, and well-stocked. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. The host was very responsive to my questions and even had laundry detergent delivered the night before I left so I could get some laundry done! So helpful and kind! The location was super convenient to all of the major sights in Philly; we walked everywhere. There was a parking lot less than a block away that cost $37 for 24 hours which seemed to be pretty standard for the city.
