Great place!

Had a great time. We split our time between Petoskey and Harbor Springs and this was right in between. We'll definitely stay here again.

Northern living at its best!

This condo was the perfect location for our family's northern adventure. We loved being right next to the state park's beach and trails, yet close enough to the cute downtowns of Petoskey for some fun shopping., gelato and restaurants!

Perfect place to stay

This condo was a perfect place for us this past week, as we spent time in the area. its was a safe, quiet, and comfortable place that was easily accessible to our adventures. Loved being next to the State Park.

We enjoyed the location so close to the State park. I think directions should point out the driveway is shared with Chester's Condos. We had some difficulty finding the place the first time.

This is a clean and comfortable townhouse in a great location. It's just a short drive from downtown Petoskey, and the beach is practically next door. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms are clean and have decent water pressure i the shower, and there is plenty of space for a group of adults. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we appreciated the 12-cup coffee pot so we could make a bunch of coffee at once each morning.

Easy check in, kitchen fully stocked. Comfortable furniture, nicely decorated. Overall a nice place! No air-conditioning which made our evenings uncomfortable. Plenty of fans which helped. A great place for cooler seasons.

Wonderful Stay

Have to agree with other reviews that the cleaning service is not catching everything, but the overall comfort and quality of the condo and surroundings more than made up for it. Wonderful place and hosts! Highly recommend!

Lovely Townhouse

We had a very comfortable stay at this well appointed townhouse. It is located within easy walking distance of the state park, with great beach access. We also appreciated being an easy drive from both downtown Petoskey and Harbor Springs, and right down the street from a local grocery and excellent bakery. We took advantage of the restaurants and the natural beauty of the area, and even the days we had to work were nice in this unit. Highly recommend!

Friends wedding at Bay Harbor Marina

We were in town to attend a wedding at the Bay Harbor Marina. The location of the property was great. Close to downtown Petosky, the marina, parks, distillery, and walking/biking trails. The unit is a townhouse with plenty of room. It is clean and well appointed. The best part is each room has it own bathroom and there is a darling little porch out back to relax on. We would definitely stay again.

It was great. Cozy place to stay for three ladies hitting the ski slopes for a quick weekend. Everything was clean, all instructions were clear and we really appreciated having two and a half bathrooms. Very nice place to stay for a good price, thank you!
