"Staff was AMAZING. Great location! However, the room wasn’t ready until 5 and we just rode in on motorcycles in the rain. Also, if I was one of the owners of the property, I would be upset at the outdated facilities, such as the pool and the hot tub. It stated online the pool was heated. I don’t think that was the case."

"We loved the condo. The view was beautiful and space was nice. We were incredibly disappointed the hot tub was “closed for maintenance.” It appeared to have been closed for at least a few days. If the host could have let us know that in advance we would have stayed somewhere else. We chose this place because of the hot tub. "
