There’s seating for up to six guests with a combination of dining table and bar seating, while the living room offers comfortable seating for up to four and a cozy gas fireplace for added ambiance.

    Step out onto the private balcony and take in scenic views as boats sail in and out of Round Lake—an ideal spot to relax and unwind.

    Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and a central downtown location. You’ll be just a short walk from Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping, and galleries, making it an ideal destination for a short getaway, extended vacation, or even a wedding celebration.

    Each condo at the Edgewater Inn is individually owned and uniquely decorated, allowing guests to enjoy a different experience with every stay—or return to a favorite. Perfect Getaway

We had the best time. From our balcony we were able to watch the sun rise and see the boats and ferries come and go. We also unknowingly booked when the applefest was happening so it was fun to be able to walk everywhere...shops, beach, etc.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location! Walking distance from the shops and restaurants downtown and from Lake Michigan. Beautiful views from the back balcony of Round lake and the boats coming and going! The room was clean except for some cobwebs on the back deck. The only downside to the room is that the bedroom had a window in it that had the outside hallway on the other side, so it was very loud in the bedroom if people were talkimg as they passed by. You could hear every word of their conversations. Thankfully this quieted down in the evening when we went to sleep. Otherwise everything was great!
