  • Located between Nub's Nob and Boyne Highlands, this quiet cottage is tucked back in the woods and ready for your vacation. You will be just a short drive away from golfing, skiing, beaches, zip lining, horseback riding and much more. This property is only a 10 min drive from Harbor Springs and 12 min from Petoskey. Both towns offer great shopping, activities, casual and fine dining.

    This cottage has 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom downstairs with a queen bed. Upstairs loft has 3 full-sized beds. Living area has a 48" flat screen TV and dedicated high-speed internet, hardwood floors, A/C , forced-air natural gas furnace and a wood stove. Kitchen is well-equipped with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee-maker and toaster. There is a cozy outdoor patio outback with propane and charcoal grills and a firepit for evening bonfires.

Wonderful stay! Nice and cool inside despite the warm weather. Very well equipped, and we are incredibly grateful for John and Dianna's pet friendliness! Enjoyed a couple of campfires out back with the generously provided firewood. Very much look forward to staying again in the future!

We loved the relaxed woodzy feeling of the cottage . The location was close to everything we wanted to do and yet out side of town. The host communication was great . We would love to come back again in the future. Five stars.

This was our second stay and it never disappoints. Hosts are great and they thought of everything. Kitchen is well-stocked and bathroom has any toiletries you could want. Location is great.

The host (as always) was excellent They present a wonderfully clean and cozy chalet a few miles north of Harbor Springs. secluded and quiet a --this is our 5th year returning to the location. Very Consistent and great w communication. The chalet has great little amenities -as well as a personal touch -- dog treats for my aging Pitbull :) and a welcoming note. A great host. Very Pleased w service and everything included.Andy, Tracy & Dugan

The cottage is very dark. So dark we had to buy a lantern for the bathroom. The cabin needs a serious deep cleaning. We loved that the cottage was well stocked and the owners are good at communication. We also thought it was too remote

We had an amazing stay! The home was cozy, comfortable, and incredibly relaxing—everything we were looking for in a getaway. It truly felt like a hidden gem. The property was well-maintained, welcoming, and had everything we needed to enjoy our time. The host was wonderful, friendly, and responsive, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. We look forward to coming back in the future!

John was an excellent host. My sister in law and I stayed over Memorial weekend. The cabin was comfortable and cozy. And anytime I had a question, I always got an immediate response. The hosts were helpful, pleasant and polite. I would stay there again. Denise R

Beds and living room very comfortable. Could’ve used a little more TLC in the Cleaning department . host was very Cleaning and courteous and thoughtful of having bottled water in the refrigerator / Frosty mugs in the freezer and some sodas.

We enjoyed our stay at this little cabin. It was cozy inside and out and close to restaurants, gas, shopping and exploring nature and parks nearby. The yard was private with all the trees around and a nice fire pit and chairs available. The kids thought the house was awesome and really loved the loft. It was nice to have the kitchen and dishes available for meals and fun finding the little things supplied for us around the place. Having the TV and internet was a nice bonus, too. Hosts friendly and easy to communicate with. All in all a good stay we would happily do again.
