"John and Dianna are great hosts! They left a sweet happy birthday message for me and also had lots of snacks for the humans - as well as our dogs! The cabin was a perfect location for bike riding at The Highlands. We especially loved ALL the clothing hooks. So convenient. The fireplace was very nice, too, after a day out in the rain. We'll be back!"

"Clean, comfortable, cozy. The cabin feels like it’s at the end of the world, but it is easy to get to Petoskey and Mackinac Island. We had our two dogs with us and they loved investigating the yard, which is full of naturalized plantings and mown paths. The space was great for my husband and me, but I think it would be tight with any additional adults. This was a great getaway!"

"From the moment we turned in the drive you could tell this was a great choice. We stayed here for a couple of days while visiting the area for our wedding anniversary. This small cottage in the woods was perfect for two people and the attention to all the details was apparent. It was exceptionally clean, very comfortable and quiet. The attention the owners have given to making this a special place for their guests is obvious. We would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area."

"Our first time to Michigan and just absolutely LOVED this trip and property! A beautiful view of the water from the living room! Walkout access to the beach and pet friendly! The small town of Harbor Springs was a joy to visit, so was a drive through the Tunnel of Trees. Highly recommend this property! Gene was a pleasure to work with! Will be visiting again next year!"

"This place is tucked away in a woodsy area, right off the Tunnel of Trees stretch on M119. Every time you go into town you get to enjoy the relaxing drive while seeing the beauty of the fall leaves. Not only do you have these two aspects tied into this place, but you have a beautiful footpath from the back deck that leads you to a gorgeous spot on the beach! "We really enjoyed our stay here. The layout was perfect for our group to give everyone their own space, but also have a good common space. The location was close to the ski hill, though I will say the roads during a snow storm can get dicey. Even with slow driving, we were still able to make it to the hill in 15 minutes or so. Would stay here again for sure!"
