"Skip this hotel. Their deadlocks do not work on ANY hotel doors and the staff is aware and still checking people in. They apologized and told me to use the latch. So unsafe. I got a full refund and booked elsewhere."

"Die Lage ist absolut Top. Man ist in 5min zu the Bean gelaufen, es gibt wahnsinnig viele Essens und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten, was sehr geräumig war. Auch das Bad war sehr groß. Die Subway zum Flughafen ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und in 10 Minuten ist man am Chicago River. Insgesamt war es im Hotel sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind jetzt nicht Top modern, aber man verbringt sowieso nur die Nacht dort. Wir würden wieder her kommen."

"We enjoyed out short stay at the Freehand in Chicago. We were originally placed in a room on the 17th floor. However, the air conditioning wasn't working so they quickly moved us to another quad room on the 4th floor. The space worked great for my family of 4 adults. We also enjoyed talking with Selma at the bar while watching World Cup games."

"I liked the attention to us. Offering water bottles, wine, and snacks. I appreciate the staff holding onto our luggage while we waited to be checked in. This made it possible to enjoy the city longer. My only suggestion would be to walk guests over to the bar/restaurant area and introduce them to the staff."

"Beautiful hotel and very close to everything. The room was very spacious and clean. The robes were a cute touch. I also appreciate the bottled water and prosecco. A super friendly young lady checked me in and out. She had gorgeous brown skin and really cute long blonde braids. Another person was very helpful, he had really fun grey and clear plastic glasses. "I’m giving this place one star only because the location is excellent. Otherwise, I would not recommend staying here.
First, our room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Second, the water pressure in the bathroom was terrible—the water was barely coming out, almost drop by drop.
Finally, although the room was advertised as having a queen bed, it was squeezed between three walls with no space on one side. If the person sleeping against the wall needed to...
