Situated a mere 20 minutes south of Richmond, it offers a delightful blend of comfort and convenience for your stay.

Welcome to this spacious home featuring a comfortable living room, a welcoming dining room, and a well-appointed kitchen. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a large master bedroom suite and bath, this property offers ample space and luxury for your lifestyle needs. The master bedroom boasts generous proportions, providing a retreat-like atmosphere for relaxation and tranquility. Its accompanying bathroom offers convenience and comfort, completing the suite with style. Whether you're entertaining guests in the dining room, gathering in the living room, or enjoying the privacy of the master suite, this home provides the perfect balance of functionality and elegance for modern living. We do offer a pet friendly environment with respect to the guidelines below:

• Pet Size and Breed Restrictions: “We welcome well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate certain breeds known for aggressive behavior.”
• Pet Number Limit: “Guests are allowed to bring up to two pets. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing more than one pet.”
• Cleaning Fee: “An additional cleaning fee of $75 per stay will be charged for guests with pets.”
• Furniture Policy: “Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. Please bring your own pet bedding.” An additional cleaning fee of $150 will be charged if excessive pet hair is found on the bedding or furniture.
• Supervision Requirement: “Pets must not be left unattended inside the property. Please let us know if you need a pet sitter, and we can recommend local services.”
• Noise Control: “To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, please make sure your pet does not cause excessive noise.”
• Waste Management: “Please pick up after your pet and dispose of waste properly.

Perfect Everything

Perfect place for my daughter sleepover birthday. The pictures online didn't do any justice. The home was peaceful, and location was close to the park, and stores. Communication was wonderful between me and the host. Check in and check out was simple and easy. Will definitely be back

Absolutely Great!

My wife and kids came to visit me after not seeing them for almost a year. The host was great and allowed us to keep our two dogs there too. The place was clean and very accommodating for our needs. Would definitely book again!

Hidden Beauty

The home exceeded our expectations! It was spacious and well appointed with all the things we needed to make our stay relaxing and rejuvenating. Our grandson was fascinated with the trains that would pass by. We especially enjoyed walking at the nearby park as well as the old road next to the train tracks. I highly recommend this home and the homeowner who has made this place a true gem!

Perfect location for my family & I attending my niece college grad from VSU. Lovely home, very clean & comfortable. If I ever need to come back to this area, I will seek out this home & host.

Tucked Away Gem

Our stay at Eugene’s listing was great. We had a few hiccups but Eugene was an incredible host and navigated us through the slight hiccups. The hot water ran out on our first night but Eugene promptly provided troubleshooting steps that resolved the issue for the remainder of our stay. The home is cozy, quaint, and exactly as depicted. It’s also very clean and spacious. It is near train tracks with cargo trains running periodically throughout the day and night but it didn’t bother us. I myself am also fascinated by trains so that probably was a highlight for me where it might not be for others. But overall I’d recommend staying here because it really is tucked away in a beautiful area and again the responsiveness of the host added to the amenable experience.
