"The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated. The property POC provided the ultimate in customer service and was available if needed. Their communication was on point and they were quick to respond. "The house is a three bedroom fully finished home. Two bedrooms upstairs, and a spacious primary suite at the bottom level with a half bath (sink toilet no shower). Main bathroom is upstairs. Backyard is great for kids, it has a playground and corn hole. My only minor complaint is that the kitchen sink was difficult to set to cold, and I love to drink ice cold water. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends in the area, 9/10 would stay again "
