This single-level villa offers serene views into the green patio and is adorned with lush plants, providing a refreshing retreat. Perfect for families, couples, and business travelers alike, the villa boasts a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The Queen Bedroom is a peaceful haven featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed with soft bed linen and extra pillows and blankets. Black-out blinds ensure a restful sleep, and clothing storage is provided with a wardrobe.

The Double Bedroom offers a cozy double bed with luxurious linens. It includes a dedicated workspace equipped with a desk, chair, and Wi-Fi, making it ideal for remote work or study. An additional cot may also be set up upon request.

Our fully equipped kitchen features a stainless steel gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, blender, slow cooker and coffee maker. The kitchen is stocked with cooking basics, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, and wine glasses and has all the usual utensils, baking paper, oil, salt and pepper. A spacious 4-seater dining table makes it perfect for family meals or entertaining guests.

Relax in the spacious living room, where you can enjoy use of the smart TV, Bluetooth sound system, and a selection of books and reading material. Comfortable seating areas are perfect for watching movies, while split system air conditioning and heating ensure year-round comfort. There are also a selection of games to play for when you feel like switching off the TV.

Step outside to your private patio and lounge area, surrounded by lush greenery. Outdoor furniture and sun loungers provide the perfect spot to unwind or dine al fresco. The fully enclosed private backyard offers a safe space for children and pets and features a lush green wall, creating a verdent paradise.

The external utility space includes a drying rack for clothing, space for ironing laundry, additional storage and a clothesline, making it convenient for long-term stays or families needing laundry facilities.

The Villa features two bathrooms: one with a shower that includes shampoo, conditioner and body wash from Perth skincare company Somic, and another bathroom/laundry with a toilet and washing machine. A hairdryer and cleaning products are provided for your convenience.

For families, the villa has an optional travel cot, children’s books, and toys available for ages 0-5. The pack 'n play/travel cot and highchair with a food tray are available to be set up upon request for an additional fee.

Safety and security are top priorities, with front exterior security cameras/doorbell, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and a first aid kit present in the Villa.

Additional amenities include free parking on premises and additional free street parking, the ability to bring pets and assistance animals, and self check-in with a smart lock. Additional housekeeping is available during your stay at an extra cost for added convenience.

The Villa features a private entrance with no stairs, making it accessible for all guests. It also features a support rail in the shower and toilet to provide additional mobility assistance and has doorways wide enough for wheelchair access and movability.

Guest access
Guests may use all parts of the villa, except for several locked storage areas.

Other things to note
Prior to check-in, there is an easy-to-use online app for guests to verify their identity as the person who made the booking and specify their check-in time and any optional Villa arrangements available. Following this, Guests receive their Smart Lock code and directions and access instructions. The app also contains helpful local recommendations and guides for using the amenities and features within the Villa.
