Use of shared heated swimming pool ( 10 am - 4 pm) 2 bedroom with internet TVs to all rms, Stan, Netflix & Prime inc. NEW ADDITION !! - theroom, if extra beds required theroom is a deluxe queen room with ensuite kitchenette and small garden and can accommodate 2ppl - available at an extra cost please enquire for costs and availability

Romantic stay away from the city

This weekend away was a belated Christmas gift to my partner. It was the perfect place to wind down from our busy lives and we both enjoyed the modern finishes and warm vibe of the property. The quenda's who visited at night were so cute. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Delightful secluded accommodation

Our host Ben replied immediately to my inquires before arrival. Check in easy. Accommodation located close to airport and Perth Hills district. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. It was our home away from home. Perfect.

Family holiday

Loved the atmosphere of this accommodation. Stayed here with husband and 2 girls (11 & 13). Kids loved the pool. I loved the well laid out kitchen, quality towels and bed linen. I was concerned about the location being further away from the places i wanted to go but Perth roads are great and easy to navigate. It was great coming back from a big day out to somewhere we felt immediately relaxed.

Hidden “Gem”

Brilliantly designed space, felt secure and ultra comfortable. Pool area was spectacular - but very chilly temp in the water. We enjoyed hanging out there regardless. Supplied with everything we needed to enjoy amenities. Winter or Summer this is a lovely and special place to stay. As my daughter said, I want to stay here forever! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful relaxing stay

Ben’s house had everything you could possibility want. Great space and kitchen. 3 outdoor relaxing areas, 1 off lounge, 1 off bedroom, and the other in pool area. We loved the place and it was easy to get to shops and airport or a scenic drive up the hills. We were very relaxed. Thanks Ben for having us stay! We will be back next time we visit Perth. 😊

Best yet VRBO stay “TheSpacePerth”

RENT THIS SPACE!!!! 2 days flying from US to meet our son, jet lagged,, starving, grimy and thirsty…we entered TheSpacePerth to find wine, cold water, artisan bread, butter, farm fresh eggs, chocolate and more. FIRE going in the fire place. SOOTHING MUSIC playing on the stereo. Ben to meet us at gate. All of a sudden, we got a second wind and were able to greet our holiday. Host, Ben, was always accessible if we had questions. The thoughtfulness and attention to detail was phenomenal. Honestly can’t think of one thing we needed while there for five days. Ben is a gifted builder and designer who built this space himself. The outdoor living abounds giving the home a spacious and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is decked out complete with gas stove and espresso machine. Additional coffee beans provided! If we are ever fortunate to come back to Perth, this is where we will be. I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews, but it was absolutely necessary to do so this time. Jeff, Greer and Zak, US

Property was amazing

The property was amazing, just ashame it wasnt warmer to go for a swim. Also that the Velux had no working remote to make the back bedroom dark in the mornings, however believe this was getting fixed. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Ben :)

Gem in the suburbs

Beautiful little oasis in suburban Perth. What has been done with the place is amazing - someone with a very creative, but practical eye has worked wonders with the.property. It's modern, well-equipped, spacious, but snug. We felt immediately at home. Will return.
