Wonderful property a great location

This is a wonderful property in the perfect location for us - Very close to shops, beaches, outdoor activities and tennis courts. The interior of property was super clean, and well equipped for a memorable 8 day holiday. Hosts Jodie and Paul were really kind and helpful, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We will definitely be back here soon

Great little apartment

We stayed two weeks at the guest house it was modern, clean, sufficiently equipped, it is within easy walking distance from the beach(sunsets are a must see) and restaurants. Our booking went smoothly, the hosts were friendly and accommodating. All good with this guest house.

Great Stay

Lovely Host and a lovely property, had everything you would ever need for a self contained stay, professionally furnished with all modern appliances. A very considerate Host with some basic essentials already there on arrival as well a a bottle of wine, milk, bread, butter, bacon, eggs, tea, coffee and biscuits, fresh fruit bowl. Will stay again when next in Perth WA.

The accommodation was spotless and comfortable. With a full stove, and fridge, and more than adequate appliances, the kitchen was ideal for food prep. and cooking. A lovely touch was the unexpected welcome, with fresh flowers, fruit, bread, bacon and eggs, wine and biscuits. The bed was comfortable with fine linen. Storage was good We stayed for seven days, and the use of a washing machine was very helpful, with a month of travelling about. The only caution is to be aware of a step DOWN into the shower. The floor tiles and shower floor are the same color and could be a problem for sight or handicapped people. We enjoyed our stay and would like to come back again on next visit.

Fantastic Stay

This unit was amazing. It was spotlessly clean and the starter pack of food and treat of wine was a lovely touch. The location was perfect being 10 to 15 minutes walk to Mullaloo Beach and coffee shops. It was a 5 minute drive to the small arcade of shops. Jodie the host has thought of everything you could possibly need for a stay at this property and was helpful if you needed her. I was sorry to leave and will definitely book this place next time I am in Perth. I highly recommend the property.

Great backyard apartment

Even though we booked this apartment due to family illness in Perth, it was a real comfort to be in such very pleasant accommodation, run by obliging owners, super location close to beach, restaurants and shops, but in a quiet cul de sac. 10 out of 10. Thank you

Our stay was fantastic and our hosts were amazing. The unit was delightful and had everything we needed and more, absolutely perfect for 2 people. Around the corner from the beautiful beach, close to shops and anything you might need. We would give this stay more than 5 stars if we could.

Excellent location, near the beach and shopping centre. Nice and quiet and has everything you need.

Awesome hosts, very welcoming and accommodating, had nice welcome gifts, fruit, wine and few extras. Would definitely recommend staying there, beautiful villa just perfect for a nice getaway. Thank you for your hospitality 😊

Amazing

Stayed here for 16 nights. The Unit was immaculately clean with everything you could require for a short or long term stay. Very quiet location close to beach, shops and transport. Hosts were amazing and helped me out with a few different things I required during my stay. Will definitely stay again.

Great little cabin

Paul and Jodie were perfect hosts with just the right amount of contact. We arrived to find fruit in the fruit bowl, a bottle of wine, a tub of butter, bread and a carton of milk, all complementary along with coffee, tea and jam and vegemite sachets. We found this to be a really nice touch. The unit is very well designed and a credit to them both. The unit is to the side of the house and totally independent. It's a five to eight minute walk to the beach and bars/eateries. The location we found to be really nice and quiet just far enough away from the noise of bars etc. We highly recommend this accommodation. Thanks very much Paul and Jodie

A new, fantastically equipped, self contained unit perfect for two!

Having stayed at thousands of hotels, b&b’s, Air BnB’s and guest houses over the years, this one bedroom unit was one of the best equipped properties we have come across. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you could possibly need except a lemon squeezer! The whole place was spotlessly clean with super fast WiFi that was completely reliable. Paul and Jodie are lovely hosts with a very thoughtful attention to detail. Upon arrival we discovered a mini Christmas tree, complete with chocolate truffles, mince pies and nougat, a bottle of red wine, water, fresh fruit, bread butter eggs and bacon plus tea, coffee and fresh milk. In addition to discovering a nutri bullet type blender and water filter there was plenty of loo rolls, soaps, fresh linen, towels, beach towels and a washing machine plus a cupboard complete with iron, ironing board, pegs and other household essentials. A pleasant 600m stroll down to the beautiful beach of Mullaloo, the unit is located in a convenient but quiet residential cul de sac that is a few minutes from the local Westfield shopping centre. Paul and Jodie couldn’t do enough to help us and our only downside was that the bedroom gets very hot and stuffy which meant we had to keep the internal door open which resulted in being woken up early by the bright sun. But we mentioned this to Paul and he tried to fix it with a fan and we understand he will be changing this for future guests in time for the 40 degree Perth summers!! Other than this issue our stay was perfect and, subject to a cooler bedroom, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when we visit family next year! Thanks Paul and Jodie!
