Our property operates with back-to-back bookings, so early check-ins and late check-outs may be limited.

To guarantee an early check-in, consider booking the night before. Alternatively, if available, an early check-in may be possible for an additional fee.

For late check-outs, booking an extra night might be necessary. If there are no immediate guests following your stay, we may be able to offer a late check-out for a fee.

Upon arrival, we will provide some basic amenities to help you settle in comfortably. If you need additional supplies during your stay, the nearest supermarket is conveniently located for your shopping needs.

👉 Neighbourly Consideration:
Our property is nestled in a vibrant community, so please be mindful of our neighbours during your stay. Keep noise levels down, especially during late hours, to ensure everyone's enjoyment. Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am

👉 Climate Control:
Stay comfortable year-round with our reverse-cycle split system air conditioning. You'll find the unit in the bedroom for your convenience. This unit is able to cool the entire townhouse.

👉 Accessibility:
Our townhouse is split over two levels, you will be required to walk up stairs to access the bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs you will find the living area, dining, kitchen and lounge room and upstairs you will find the loft style bedroom, Juliet Balcony and the bathroom. Please note there is only one toilet, located in the upstairs bathroom.

👉 Linen & Towels:
We provide hotel-quality bed linen and towels from a commercial laundry service to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. To maintain this quality, please avoid contact with makeup, fake tan, body lotions, or other substances that may cause stains or damage. A replacement fee of $150 will apply for any linen that is marked or damaged. Thank you for helping us keep our space beautiful for all guests.

👉 Longer Stays:
For stays over 14 days, a mid-stay clean is required and will be arranged at the guest's expense. This ensures the property is well-maintained for your comfort.

👉 Parking Information:
Our property features a standard residential carport for your vehicle. Please note that there are height restrictions, so larger vehicles may not be suitable. For your safety and convenience, on-street and driveway parking are not permitted.

You will have access to the entire property during your stay, excluding the store room.

We are available to answer any questions via our Guest App or over the phone during your stay.

The neighbourhood also offers convenient access to public transport and is within easy reach of local cafes, bars, and cultural spots like the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre. Whether you're here for leisure or work, the vibrant yet laid-back vibe of Mandurah makes it an ideal destination.

As part of living in Australias natural environment, we want to let you know that household pests such as ants, cockroaches, flies, lizards, snakes, spiders etc are common in Australia and are more common during the spring and summer seasons. While we take every preventative measure to minimise their presence – including regular cleaning between each guest, pest control treatments, and secure food storage – their occasional appearance is something we cannot fully control and they may surface during your stay. If this occurs please reach out and we'll happily assist to rectify this where we can.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest portal. Prior to check-in, you will be required to sign a rental agreement before being provided with your arrival instructions.

We love sharing our home with guests and ask that you please respect these simple guidelines so everyone can enjoy their stay:

No parties or events – This is a peaceful home. Unauthorized gatherings will result in cancellation of your stay, without refund.

No smoking indoors – Smoking is not allowed inside. A cleaning fee of $250 applies if this rule is broken.

Quiet hours – Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am to be considerate of our neighbours.

Take care of the property – If something is damaged or goes missing, please let us know so we can sort it quickly. Guests are responsible for replacements/repairs.

Check-out – Before leaving, kindly remove rubbish, wash and put away dishes, and leave the home tidy. Extra cleaning fees apply if the home is left in poor condition.

Keys & access devices – Lost or unreturned keys and fobs will incur replacement charges.
