Luxury Mindarie Waterfront Apartment

Amazing new apartment right on Mindarie Marina front row. Our little patio opens right onto the Marina and is only a short stroll from the cafés and restaurants at the marina end or the miles of sandy beach at the other end.
The apartment has been fitted out with brand new furniture and fittings and is ready and waiting for you to call it your home for a few days or weeks. We guarantee that you won't want to leave.

This brand new apartment is centre front on Mindarie Marina's promenade.
Fully kitted out with all new furniture and fittings and ready to accommodate those who appreciate the luxury of prime position and comfort.

Within our secure gated complex, you can drive right in to our one dedicated parking bay. From there its just a flight of stairs down to the private entrance to your spacious accommodation.

There is plenty of room to bring your toys, and we can highly recommend a SUP within the calm waters of the Marina. If you don't have your own SUP you can easily hire one or a kayak from the kiosk on the marina just a short stroll away between us and the coffee shop.

The master bedroom is at the rear, so even though you can still see the marina from the comfort of your bed, you won't be disturbed from your lazy morning lie in until it suits you.

The bathroom is en-suite to the master bedroom, and has a massive walk in shower. The kitchen has all you will need to prepare your meals if you wish to eat at home; full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all the equipment you'll need. There is a double sofa bed in the living room with bi-fold doors to completely separate the zone off to make a second bedroom if you wish.

The Smart TV has Netflix, Amazon Prime, Stan and You Tube - just log into your own account.

We provide you with quality bedlinen and towels at no extra charge. Relaxing on the patio with a G&T watching the sunset over the marina is an absolute must.

Mindarie is approx 30 mins north of Perth CBD by car or by train and has everything you need in the nearby shopping centres.

Fantastic location, amazing view of the marina, easy walking distance to bars and restaurants, but at the same time, a calming and very relaxing place to be. Would definitely highly recommend! The photos don’t do it justice!

We had a nice stay the 4 days we were there. Location was good, house was clean, bed was comfy. Only downside is that the BBQ didn't work which was disappointing as we wanted to use it for NYE. Also would have been a nice gesture to have a small welcome gift upon arrival like other places we have stayed at. Overall good experience and would recommend.
