Located in a secure gated complex, you have access to one dedicated parking space. From there, it’s just one flight of stairs down to your private entrance and spacious accommodations.
Bring your toys—there’s plenty of space! We highly recommend renting a SUP to explore the calm waters of the Marina. Or, explore the undersea world with Western Blue Dive Charters and experience the vibrant marine life of the region. If you don`t have your own SUP, you can easily hire one (or a kayak) from the kiosk just a short stroll away, right between us and the coffee shop, or contact Western Blue for rental equipment.
The master bedroom is at the rear for ultimate peace, with occasional glimpses of the water and maybe even a dolphin breaking the surface.
Relax on the patio with a G&T and watch the sunset—it’s a must!
Mindarie is just 30 minutes north of Perth CBD by car or train, with shopping centers nearby. Positioned front and center on the Mindarie Marina Promenade, you’re perfectly located to enjoy water activities. Perfect for long or short stays, business or pleasure.

You can come and go to the apartment from the rear parking area, or directly from the front Marina side.

Mindarie Marina, like most working harbours, always has something to watch, whether its the boats coming and going or the wildlife.
There is a sense of peace and timelessness as you stroll along the coast or the marina, although just a stroll away you’ll find a buzzing atmosphere at the pub, cafes and all the amenities you’d expect at the Marina.
Mindarie itself is a lively upmarket suburb with all the shops in you’d expect to find in any self-respecting shopping centre. You could walk to the shops but when its hot there is ample parking wherever you go.
Perth is a short 30 min drive, or relax and Park n Ride the train from Clarkson station. Trains depart every 10-15 mins.
Car: We have one dedicated secure parking for you. Bus: Stops are about 5-10 min walk and will take you around Mindarie area and to Clarkson station. Train: The Perth-Joondalup line has fast trains into Perth every 10-15 mins.

We cannot offer early check-ins or late checkouts as we require the time between guest stays for our housekeepers to prepare the property for you. ~~~~~~ STAIRS ~~~~~~ There is one flight of stairs from the parking level at the rear of the building to the Marina level at the front of the building (built on a slope). You can enter from the front by foot. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS & GUIDEBOOK ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Our check-in instructions will be sent 2 days before your stay. There will be a check-in guide and includes detailed instructions, images and everything else to ensure a smooth check-in and an enjoyable stay. We use What3Words as a tool to provide an exact location of our property. ~~~~~~~~ GUEST ID ~~~~~~~~ All guests must provide at least one ID. Guest information is collected via a secure online check-in. ~~~~~~ BONDS ~~~~~~ For guests (i) new to Airbnb and yet to receive their first review, or (ii) those with less than perfect reviews, we require a bond. Please note that these supplies are not intended to last for the entire duration of your booking but are provided to avoid the need to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 4: No Pets Allowed ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ No pets allowed (except assistance animals - please let us know if you are bringing one). Violation of this rule will result in an additional fee for cleaning.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 5: Please be mindful of Noise Levels ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Quiet hours are between 10pm – 7am seven days a week. Please note that any noise complaint, including outside of the quiet hours, will result in eviction without refund.

However, we will need to compensate our housekeepers or managers for the postage fee and their time. This will be $30 + the postage cost.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 7: Lost Keys and Lockouts ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ If you are locked out and require us to visit the property, a $50 fee will be charged. This fee increases to $150 after 6pm daily and all day on weekends. Lost swipe cards or keys, which may also require replacement locks, will be charged at cost, typically at least $250.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 8: No unregistered guests allowed ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ No unauthorized guests. Our home is prepared to accommodate ONLY the guests on the reservation.
