Scarborough Beach is one of Perth's most popular beaches. Beautiful clean white sand, turquoise water, paddle boarding, swimming, and surf to make all happy. The foreshore is best in Perth, bike and walking paths, thermal heated year round family Scarborough Beach Pool right at the beach and multiple play areas for the kids. Beach space is always available and you are staying approx. 75 meters from the beach sands. A large variety of restaurants for every culinary desire just an easy stroll away. You will find artisan bakeries, multiple cafes and a diverse selection of popular pubs.

Just a few minutes walk from "Luxury Lagoon" apartment you will find the Coles Supermarket, Liquorland, Rip Curl, Scarborough Pharmacy and multiple personal service shops, so relax you will indeed find what you need close by. Public transport at the Scarborough Beach bus terminal is right beside the shop complex. There are two excellent shopping malls only 5 minutes drive from the complex or take the public transportation.

The foreshore of Scarborough Beach is like "Luxury Lagoon", exceptional!. You will find the amphitheater which hosts many events and the very popular Sunset Markets on Saturdays in the winter/spring and Thursdays summer/fall.

Only 10 minutes away drive is Hillary's Boat Harbour with the Rottnest Island Ferry terminal, multiple eateries and family fun options. Grab a scooter and travel the bike paths along the ocean shore. When the sun sets over the water, it is one of the best places to be in Australia.

You will have access to the entire apartment, a fully equipped kitchen, living area, lounge, bath and laundry plus seating area outside of the apartment and a small Juliette balcony off the master bedroom. The apartment has a digital door handle so easy to enter and no keys to collect. Your access code will come with your check in instructions. There is a designated parking spot for you just off West Coast Highway at the complex. The complex offers an unheated pool available year round, a common bbq area and a Gazabo sitting area in the garden. Only 2 minute walk to the beach sands of Scarborough beach.

This apartment sleeps up to 6 people, 2 in the master bedroom and 2 in the 2nd bedroom (2 single beds) & there is optional double sofa bed in the living room that needs to be prebooked in advance. Located on the 1st floor you will enjoy views over the West Beach Lagoon pool.
