Halls Head is approximately 78 km south of Perth. The drive typically takes around 54 minutes, making it a convenient destination for a day trip or weekend getaway.

Please note the jetty is not fenced, nor is there a fixed safety gate or door on the top level (not a legal requirement for open water ways). We do however have an optional baby gate that fits the top of the staircase for those that wish to use it.

Use of any boats moored at the property is not included in property hire. Please contact us should you wish to bring your own boat.

The spacious kitchen is centrally located to overlook the living and dining areas and out to the waters of the canal. With three living areas, as well as three different outdoor entertainment areas, there is plenty of space for everyone.

***PLEASE NOTE:
The large fifth bedroom is also located off this living area, with a queen bed and single bunk. Please note this area is separated from the main floor so does not have its own toilet/bathroom and requires external access to get into the main residence.

With this exceptional layout the home can easily cater for 3 families, each with ample space.

The property has a 2-car garage and space for up to 3 extra cars on the driveway, plus street parking.

We’re happy to consider early check-in and late check-out requests, though these options are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Our cleaners charge a fee $50 per hour for this service. For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night prior to arrival. This offers peace of mind and a smooth, stress-free start to your stay.

Local Environment Notice
Our home sits in a stunning waterfront location surrounded by nature. From time to time, you may see a few local visitors like a possum, bandicoot or kangaroo if you are lucky and although harmless should be left alone. We may also ocassionally share the environment with ants, flies, or mosquitoes - especially when doors or windows are open. The property is professionally treated, but weather changes can bring a little extra activity.

To stay comfortable, we suggest keeping food sealed, closing doors when possible, and using repellents if needed. This is all part of the beautiful natural environment that makes this area so special. If you notice anything unusual, please reach out - we’re always happy to help.
