- Stand-alone home located in a complex of 3 villas. There is a large communal driveway for easy access. Located close to an intersection with traffic lights.
- There is a double garage for convenient parking. As you enter, you'll notice the private entrance with a secured pedestrian gate, providing both privacy and security. The front door is equipped with a modern digital door lock for your peace of mind.
- The first bedroom, located towards the front of the property, offers a view out to the side of the property. It features a stylish queen bed frame with a comfortable mattress, bedside tables, and lamps on either side for your convenience. If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately.
