The house features 4 bedrooms, a games room with a sofa bed, and 2 bathrooms, offering ample space for large families or groups of travelers. With five bedrooms in total, everyone can enjoy their own personal space and privacy.

Key features include split-system air conditioning in each room and two separate lounges, making it perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or simply enjoying quality time together. Whether you're here for a family getaway or a group vacation, this home provides everything you need for a comfortable stay.

For your safety and peace of mind, the property is equipped with one outdoor surveillance camera, which is used to ensure guests follow the STRA registration council guidelines and to maintain a secure environment.

As part of our commitment to respecting our neighbors and adhering to council regulations, we kindly ask guests to park correctly within the property boundaries—using the garage and driveway—and to avoid parking on the street verge, neighbors' spaces, or on the lawn. Please note, damage to sprinklers caused by parking on the lawn will be the guest's responsibility.

We also warmly welcome furry family members! A non-refundable fee applies to bring your pets along, ensuring everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
