THE SPACE

North Fremantle sits on a narrow strip of land with beach on one side and river on the other, and this house gives you both. Mornings start with a swim at Leighton Beach or a coffee on the alfresco. Afternoons drift along the riverside walking and bike trails. Evenings end with a barbecue under the stars, with a quiet park directly across the road.



Inside, the open-plan living, dining and kitchen flow out through large doors to the alfresco entertaining area. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, rice maker, wine glasses, barbecue utensils and cooking basics. Air conditioning and heating keep it comfortable year round, and there is a bathtub for slow evenings after a beach day.
