Our vacation home with a pool is located in a quiet residential neighborhood south of downtown Perpignan.<br>It is a single-sided Catalan-style house facing entirely south. <br>Traffic is limited to neighborhood residents.<br>Within walking distance, you’ll find a bakery, a grocery store, a butcher shop, and a fish market—all accessible on a leisurely stroll.<br>There’s also a shopping center and a Carrefour supermarket very close by. <br>Our home is situated in such a way that you can easily organize many day trips, whether to explore the region’s history or simply to relax.<br><br>Just 10 km from our vacation home are the ocean and the beaches, which are very well maintained. You’ll also find a variety of dining options there.<br>You can also reach the beaches by bike using the bike paths.<br><br>Perpignan is a city in southern France and the prefecture of the Pyrénées-Orientales department in the Occitanie region.
