"I love this hotel and use it a lot. However this visit was disappointing. Rooms not ready, no access to spa for VIP status, was given a twin room when booked double, shower head had visible dirt on it (muddy) and the ironing board was disgusting with stains and falling apart."

"Brilliant stay. Would have no hesitation returning again. The only point to perhaps improve is for a coffee pod machine in the room. Nescafé sachets are more typical of hotels not maching the otherwise high standards. That could just be a personal preference. Otherwise, a wonderful stay and amazing staff with a can do attitude."

"My one bed room without windows was very small. An open suitcase took up all the floor space. The TV was difficult to use. Turn it on then select the channels was very difficult. The TV would not turn off. The remote control would turn it on but not off. The hot water kettle worked okay. Clean towels and coffee sugar cream and tea packets are replaced every other day. The staff are very helpful. It's a 5 minute walk to the Queen Street Train Station. Rooms are very small."
