Footpaths from the barn lead to Gwynver Beach (0.5 miles), with easy access onto a breathtaking stretch of the South West Coast Path. The area has numerous popular attractions and historic sites, with the open-air Minack Theatre, Geevor Tin Mine Museum, Trengwainton Garden, the Holy Well of St Madron, Carn Euny Ancient Village and Trewidden Garden all within 8 miles. Penzance (8 miles) has a wide choice of pubs and restaurants, while St Ives (15 miles) is known for its many art galleries including the world-famous Tate St Ives.

Entering this pretty single-level barn conversion, the main open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has lovely wooden floors and a high vaulted ceiling with impressive original exposed timber beams, giving this spacious, bright and cheerful room a little added touch of character.
