"I received a free upgrade to one of the Lodges so don't actually know about Davy Cottage. However, the lodge called Owls Nest was lovely. Spacious, well equipped, clean and really comfortable. The view was great. Parking was directly outside. The road is rather pot-holed (not unlike the rest of the country!) and I didn't like the black towels which left lint all over me, but that is really me being finicky! We ate in the restaurant one evening which was very good. The peacocks were amusing,...

"We are walking the SWCP so location of this accommodation is just off the path right in the heart of Mevagissey. Would certainly consider coming back again for longer stay to investigate the area better. It was a Saturday Night we stayed, weather was superb and Mevagissey was buzzing. "Arrived here after a 6 hour drive and found the property easily. The house was clean and felt like home. The kitchen was well equip for all of us. There was 8 of us and was perfect. The best part of it was the location and only 5 mins walk to the beach ⛱️ and a further 15 mins walk to the town. Definitely would recommend this property 👌"
