"What a wonderful B&B to stay at, so close to Thursford Christmas Spectacular show, literally a 5 minute walk away. The staff ( who are employed by Thursford) are so charming and very accommodating with every wish and desire. Everything was spotless and every amenity you could ask for in the room (Ivy). The choice of breakfast ( of which there is plenty) is excellent and cooked fresh to order. Would we stay there again? A resounding Yes and thankyou again to all the Staff who made the one night...

"Amazing stay! From the gentleman at check in, to the room to staff at breakfast, everything was superb. Hotel is really really lovely, our room was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Lovely touch having ice cold water and fresh milk in the mini fridge as well for tea and coffee. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was simply amazing - all complimentary, food was of a very high standard and staff couldn't do enough for you. Even on check out, the gentleman remembered why we were there...

"This is a delightful cottage for 1 or 2 people. Sofas and bed are comfortable; shower room stylish with a great sized shower. And with lovely underfloor heating toes were toastie all weekend. I was able to entertain friends in a relaxed informal environment which was great."

"Beautiful property, decorated and appointed to a high standard. Great spot to retire to after a long day exploring the area. Breakfast was spot on and just what we needed to set us up for the next day's adventures too. "I am utterly disgusted that this place is even still open, arrived at 7:50pm and told we had to find food elsewhere as kitchen shuts at 8pm, then was told they were not aware we had a room booked and she would have to call owner to confirm! Said she would call us back while we found something to eat as his phone went to voicemail!!!!! We then get a call to say yes they have made a room up! I then asked if they were aware we had a full English breakfast the next morning… again no they didn’t!!...

"Comfortable and cozy living area and very spacious bedrooms, this cottage is an amazing getaway. The large pond at the edge of the garden, with lots of fish was a winner for our two boys aged 8 and 9. We saw a kingfisher and quite a few amazing birds casually dropping by. The welcome biscuits where a definate treat and we will be returning. "

"A truly exceptional find this little gem of a pub hotel in a beautiful location in Norfolk. Stayed in a cabin and it was lovely, clean and well presented, the bed was very comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast options were very good we had the full breakfast which was excellent, the evening meal was delicious, the pies are out of this world. Can’t fault this pub and can’t recommend it enough. Will definitely stay there again. "
