"Room was decent. The view from balcony was very pretty and enjoyed the location. The worst part was getting to the room mostly by stairs. They had two elevators but one was out of order and the other took forever. Expected more from Hilton but we had good time."

"Nice hotel, not great. The staff was EXCELLENT!!! So friendly and quick to respond to every request. The rooms need to be cleaned better. Detail cleaned. The best thing was the VIP wrist band for the 5 pools, that was a great deal."
