This stylish modern retreat offers all the comforts of home. The open floor plan allows everyone to be part of the fun. The well stocked kitchen provides all the amenities needed for those that want to prepare their own meals. Three comfortable bedrooms have all you need for a relaxing nights sleep. We have a luxury twin EZ self inflating airbed available for our 7th guest when needed. The screened in back patio provides a comfortable place to enjoy your morning coffee or to relax in the evening.

Each bedroom has it's own TV. All TVs are smart TVs; guests must log into their own streaming services for TV viewing. TVs are set up in "guest mode" which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.

Guest have access to the townhouse community pool. Pool hours are sun up to sundown and should be strictly adhered to. Please note: there is no life guard on duty.

Our townhouse is in historic downtown Pensacola and just a few blocks from the heart of downtown. There is parking in the driveway for one vehicle. All other vehicles will need to be parked on the street.

While there are many restaurants within walking distance, having a access to a car will help you maximize your Pensacola adventures.

- Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Please be courteous of your neighbors.
- Guest are not allowed to sleep on the couch.
- We would appreciate it if guests would remove their shoes on entry.
- If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you make a mess, please clean it up. If you move it, put it back. Etc. etc.
- We recommend that all guests have traveler insurance (which covers your belongings) for the duration of their stay.
